  I tried with IE and it worked fine. It must be a problem with Chrome. I get the same error on many Adobe web pages. I submitted a bug report to the Google Chrome team. I don't think that it is a matter of Adobe, although it could be differences in how browsers handle malformed web pages, but I consider this matter closed.

  Please clear the browser's cache and cookies or remove the *. Adobe.com items in your list of cache and cookies of browsers.  The installer will then download.

  Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

  Please remove all cookies from * adobe.com / browser cache.  It is a known issue, however, I unfortunately do not have an estimate as to where it will be fixed.

  You should have received two series No, you enter the serial number only. meant for Photoshop elements 14 and not not the one for first 14 elements?

  In what language your Photoshop software opens?
