Error 507 for blackBerry Smartphones and RIM Handheld Communications Manager

I tried to download the latest version of the app world and bbm. But would not load. Received error message 507.

Tried reloading software but would not let me connect because of RIM Handheld Communications Manager wouldn't let me...

Any ideas how I can get my bb working again. Never go wrong with a cell phone before. Terrible service of bb.

Error 507 means that the device doesn't detect any operating system installed on the device.

See the link below to download it and follow these simple instructions.

First find your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.

1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.
2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

    I received a notice to upgrade BlackBerry ID.

    I did it.

    Was then reboot needed. Restarts OK.

    NOW I have a updated BlackberryID but disabled BBProtect

    Protect wants latest BBID, but when a window appear to download a new version of BBID the result is "there no new version for BBID' (I have just one last)

    BBM also wants the new version of BBID.

    I tried to reinstal Protect: impossible

    Protect the Web works in all functions: find, sing the ear and send the message to the device.

    In fact, the one that your provider tells you is wrong. Your carrier is responsible for the delivery of all services on your device, which is BBID to 100%.     If you want yet to try to seek a formal support, then your next step would be a full reload of the OS on your device. If you want to try that, then please conduct and first review the backup process discussed via the link below in my sig auto on this post.

    (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

    6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

    6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

    If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

    You can also study the use of BBSAK (bbsak.org) to perform the wipe what he is capable.

    I am very new to this community and not much tech savvy so my question may sound silly. I have the BB 8520 curve. and m nt able to receive data from mobile phones or pc via bluetooth.     Can someone help me on this. I have a Bold 9900 and bought two months. Only yesterday, I installed and uninstalled a few apps for my bb. Then when I tried to use FourSquare app, then an error "error at startup FourSquare: net_rim_bb_media_plugin Module not found" is displayed.

    Not like that, I can't use my 'option' button where "error from net_rim_bb_options_app: net_rim_bb_timezonedynupdater Module not found" is displayed.

    When I googled the problem, I can not find, but only one, so I noiced some missing module can do my media cannot be played. Then I checked my media files, and Yes, I can not play my fav songs! It displays "cannot read content.

    So, can someone help me on this? I want to cry!

    Hi, my new storm has an error 507, I read is an OS problem. I tried the Desktop Manager to reinstall the OS, but it won't let me upgrade. It says I have the latest version of the software. I guess I can just go ahead and load it on if I can find the good OS, but my problem is that when I look at so that it the storm is not listed. one you have ideas?

    The BONES of the storm seems to be only available through update online.  At this point, I would contact your operator.  They may have to replace it as the BONE is not yet available for download and manual installation.

    Read the error message in full and you will find the path of the file .adt. Go to this folder (directory) and delete all the files .adt. Close the application of Destop and re - open again and start the synchronization.

    If you have customized the contact fields that you may need to start over.

    Sign in to Gmail go to settings and specify leave copy on the server.

    Connecting to comcast and in Mailbox Manager, preferences make sure you keep copies at least 30 days.

    (I have comcast, I think this is the option the less)

    What happens is the e-mail is delivered and deleted from the server, so the first device

    get it, PSI thinks it comes.

    Comcast will always be about 2-3 minutes late on Gmail with regard to reception.

    In Outlook for laptops and desktop go to accounts advanced settings and specify leave one

    copy on the server. Do not choose until we have everything right to delete when deleted from

    Microsoft Outlook.

    On the BB set up two accounts to delete on handheld.  In this way, no machine doesn't remove the message,

    When all three machines are starting to get the message, and you get in the flow, you can choose where

    you want to remove. I have the same two accounts, personally I chose delete with BB.

    because I keep to avoid the constraints of memory.

    OK, so when you have this configuration, test by sending Comcast to Gmail and vice versa, make sure

    all devices can get the emails.

    So, I transferred everything using the desktop software and everything seemed to go well until I install Facebook.

    Now my phone says error 102 reload software.

    On BB, access to a range of services is enabled by the existence, on the device, the appropriate Service books. Service books are delivered to the appliance by the network of carriers... but, normally, only for these models of specific device that takes the network carriers supported and none support BB all models. If, as you think, your carrier supports no. BB models, then you can't expect their network to offer the Service books, which means that these services that require some SBs won't work, which includes MMS. But only they can answer the question of whether to their network supports the BBs at all and your specific model BB in particular number.

    Please can someone help? My Blackberry Curve does not work properly, where it is showing the busy time watch and do not allow me to access anything on my Blackberry and even less to put my password.  Finally, it shows App Error 200 message, and when I reset it, it does the same thing?
