ERROR 604 KEEPS POPPING UP

Hi, I keep getting a message pop up in OSX Mavericks window, telling me that there is an error 604 on my Add ons.

It's embarrassing to say the least. Anyone know what can be the cause of this, how to fix it or anyone with similar problems with the last CC 2014 facilities?

Thank you very much

So in summary let´s: You´ve learned by the help of your customers that your software behaves in a way that excludes the firewall for security reasons in many cases. And rather than fix this you´re question asking to fall a firewall of businesses?

I need to scan all my computer and start over?

    Hi Missy,

We are not yet close to deciding that still and I hope that's not turn out to be necessary.  But I suspect you may be in the wrong place for this problem (although I will still cover it as if it was a malware issue the same as I would for a person who presented a case where they believed simply infected and wanted to know what to do).

While this may be caused by a malware (anything can be caused by malware), this seems more like a problem involving your system files, corruption on the hard disk, a faulty program that keeps trying to run, problems with some driver or device, or something in that sense.  If you want to check the system for malware, I'll provide quick instructions as a P.S. below, but I think you would be better to post on http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/system?page=1&tab=all&tm=1300700638376 and enter your version of Windows at the top to get the right forum for your system and repost the problem there.  I believe that the recovery and repair procedures and diagnostic is a more suitable for this starting point and the experts he specialize in this.  If they think that it is malware, come back here to get instructions on what to do (unless you decide to try first - it's your decision).

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

    P. S.

First, try the following programs if you do not, because they can help. I recommend you download, install, update and run full scans with Malwarebytes:http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and SuperAntiSpyware:http://superantispyware.com/ and then run a full scan of Microsoft Security:http://www.microsoft.com/security/default.aspx. This may or may not remove the infections, but will probably not correct the damage caused by them. Even if they or your current AV software seem to work or indicate that you are not infected, you should not completely trust in them and must continue with the recommendations that follow (so it's up to you if you want to try them first, or just ignore all this and get help from an expert you really need as described below).

Correctly and completely remove these infections can be complex and often require manual removal procedures (which may or may not be entirely effective either). Even if they work, I suggest what follows in any case, so that we can start it (you can ignore the methods above if you want it really is the way forward, but it won't hurt to them for trying).

  • Windows Installer, preparing to install error message keeps popping up

Windows install... Preparation for the installation of pop-up

    I get this pop-up.

I am using windows 7 Home premium

    Hello, SIM,.

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community.

I would like to know some information about the problem so that we can help you better.

Did you recently brought no changes to software on your computer?

Thank you for details on the issue.

This problem may occur if the Windows service install does not work, or due to corrupted Windows files.

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:
Check if installation of Windows service is enabled. Please follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, type services.msc in the start search box and press ENTER.
    b. in services, right-click Windows install, click on Properties.
    c. make sure that the service Windows install is running and set as automatic.
    d. If not, select the Startup type to Automatic and click on 'Start'.
    e. click apply and ok.

If this does not help, use method 2.

    Method 2:
Run checker (SFC) of file system and see if it helps.
    Refer to this article:
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
    https://Support2.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to find corruptions in Windows system files and restore the damaged files.

    I hope this information helps.

Please let us know if you need more help.

    Thank you
