Some of these malicious pop-ups and sites make great efforts to look like official notifications, Adobe and installation dialog boxes.  What is the site you went to download the Flash Player? I will forward the site to people appropriate for tracking on. If you are able to reproduce the pop-up dialog box, please take a screenshot and post it here.
