Error 800b0100 code after trying to install KB2416470

I tried to install this update of security for some time now. I tried to install the analysis TOOL and I still have this problem. Also, I rebooted the computer and tried to cut the firewall so to download. Always down. Whats up with that?

I guess I'll mention that I have a Windows Vista HP laptop X 86 - based PC still ruin on the Service Pack 2 due to this update has failed.
