  • Im getting error bcCode = STATUS_FORBIDDEN when I try to publish my site muse to the catalyst for business

Please help me, I get this "error bcCode = STATUS_FORBIDEN' everytime I try to publish my site on BusinessCatalyst.

I lost 3: research on this problem and cant seem to solve this problem, which makes it even more frustrating is I published the same site the week without any problem.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Annabelle.

Please follow the forum for the same 403 error problem

This is because of two main reasons

    1. You go over the limit to add the shapes of the muse in the site.
    2. You are not allowed to publish the site from the address you are connected to the application (cloud Creative)

If you can't find the resolution with the above forum thread, I will suggest you to please send me the link of Web site that you want to publish the file to muse.

    Hope that works.

  • Error BCCode 116

    Hi all

I am currently working on a Windows Vista laptop and that you have received this error message:

    BCCode 116
    Bcp1 84EDB008
    8EC11490 Bcp2
    Bcp3 C000009A
    Bcp4 000000004

Before the screen wouldn't show, but the main button, and fan not working. So I guess it was the screen. Plugged into the external monitor and worked well. So I was preety confident it is laptop screen that was the problem. But when I open internet explorer, it crashed suddenly. So now I think it's a driver problem which has this laptop.

I can't provide any information about what was going on before that happened, as it was given to me the difficulty, and the guy who gave it to me does not know what happened just before the problem arised.

    Thank you

    Damian
