Error connection blackBerry Smartphones PayPal #10800

When purchasing applications through my 8350i using my existing PayPal account I get a message error "system error, try again later #10800. This happens once I selected 'buy' then I click 'login' to PayPal. Then he's going to 'authenticate' then "determine details", then the error message. I buy many items without problem but 3 weeks ago, it started. I uninstalled App World and reinstalled. Pulled the battery and also recently installed the latest updated. Always the same error message and I still can not control anything. WHAT PLACE?

Hi again,

Sorry PIC nit... but...

I checked my PayPal account and used for my office and that's fine.

This means that your credit card is current and valid? If you used PayPal to purchase something from another place of purchase (e.g. eBay) from your PC, but used another (i.e. bank account) funding source, then who did nothing to validate the credit card... and we learned that an invalid credit card attached to PayPal will block AppWorld purchases, regardless of the choice of financing do you ultimately.

See you soon!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Paypal Help!

    Hello!

For years, my wife and I had a paypal account. We use for ebay and other thing without problem! Here's the question. When I try to buy an app I through together on motion to buy it. The app will direct me to the my world secction, then it will load a few seconds to tell me not found purchase! I go to paypal I didn't charge for nothing... Can someone please explain to me how I should do? THX

Normally, when you download an app, you choose, it will in the "basket" where are all the applications that you have chosen this session, then app world request Paypal account login and password, and only after that the app starts to download.

So it is virtually impossible that the soft starting the download before you paid, try to connect to your paypal account before you download...

  • ID error 30637 blackBerry Smartphones

I try to sign in the app world and he said: he can't check my e-mail and password.  I tried to click the forgotten password and I keep getting the message that Blackberry App world is having trouble connecting to the server Blackberry App world with the id of the error 30637.  So I don't understand why I get this message, I got apps before! Help!

I got the same error this morning.  I have Torch 9800 Rogers.

What has caused this? I did two things, a few days ago, I updated appworld but had not tried to use the appworld until this morning and this morning I updated the OS 6.0 group 1907 (v6.0.0.448 platform 6.4.0.210 - I have no idea what all means).

After the system update I noticed two things, the phone restored my icons to their previous locations except for my three pop e-mail accounts that have been delivered on the home screen.  I then tried to update the app MyAccount for Rogers and had the error blackberry 30637 id.

Solution: after you play with the settings (no knowledge of Blackberry databases helped at all) I noticed that when I went in the app world, pressed the bberry then selected myworld, then press button bberry once again it is a tab of account information. The e-mail address was supplemented with an e-mail that I've never ever used in appworld. I was a secondary email on Rogers account and not my first.  I changed it to my primary, connected to the output and return with the email address and all worked.  Please note, on appworld I have that one email, my first, I have never used my secondary email in app world and I had only an email from paypal.

My conclusion is a weird software issue that somehow put my alternate email address in the settings of the appworld on the phone after I did the upgrade of the OS. In the upgrade process, he made a comeback to the top and restore and I suspect something in the restoration failed.

  • Synchronization error 0x80040fb3-blackBerry smartphones

I spent more than 10 hours trying to get my Outlook 2007 and my Torch 9810 to synchronize.  I live (and die) my list of calendars and contacts and the need to address this problem as soon as POSSIBLE.

I tried pretty much everything I read online.  Any other suggestions or a really good step by step in order to solve this problem?  I'm not super irritable so have simple is much better.

    Thank you!!!

Hello and welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, we say you have "tried everything" depends on our applications of clairvoyance as to what this means (and these applications do not work these last time!), then we risk redundant advice. So, if you haven't done so already, I recommend you go here:

and search on that error code... see if the results are useful.

That said, some issues - has ever worked? Or is this your first attempt to configure the synchronization? And exactly when in the process means the present error? When you install the Desktop software? When you configure the synchronization? When you run the synchronization?

Alternatively, you can enable advanced logging to see if the journal reveals something useful to you:

    • KB01451 How to enable Sync advanced logging if a wired synchronization fails

Sometimes completely restarting cures some problems... to do, I suggest the following (reboots insert a lot of restarting your PC... not only restarts, but at full power down). In addition, it is recommended that you are connected to the PC on an account with full administrator rights. In addition, under Vista/Win7, use the option "Run As Administrator" for everything.

In addition, it was also reported that when your user profile on windows (type "echo %UserProfile%" in command prompt) contains spaces, then the installer will not work. To resolve this issue, log off from your Windows account and sign in using the local administrator account (or any other name of account without spaces) and install office (for all users).

    (1) as appropriate, remove all packages updated devices OS of your PC (Add/Remove Programs)

    (2) properly uninstall the RIM desktop software:

    • KB02206 How to perform a clean uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software
    • Some noted that manually remove the registry keys (RIM, BB, PUMA, etc.) to be useful... but, if you don't know what you're doing here, don't even try as you can make your PC dead if you're wrong.
    • Others have reported the use of a registry cleaning tool to be also useful
    • Still others have reported the use of your original PIM (Outlook, NOTES, etc.) Installation CD, run the "repair" to be helpful in some situations process

    (3) obtain a new download of the RIM Desktop software:

    (4) to download a new copy of your package to your carrier OS device (on your PC):

    (5) install the software on your PC Desktop

Installation of 6) (also on your PC), device OS package

    (7) start the configuration Organizer:

Hello everyone. For the past few weeks, my card in my BB 8900, which was suddenly, works well before it began, now was displaying the following error message every time I have unplug my USB cord provided with my phone or my wall charger. :

Needless to say, I can't activate the option "Store to MEMORY" in my phone because of this problem.

I tried to fix the disk through this message in the forums by a user who has a similar problem. However, I had a problem. I connected my BlackBerry to my USB and my repertoire G:\ appeared. (I'm running Windows Vista). I clicked on my (G directory, then click on 'Tools' in the bar at the top of the window workstation.) The "removable disk (G appereared property window and I chose 'Tools'.)" I saw an option titled "Error checking", and I clicked on the button below (titled, "check now... »).

The moment I clicked on "check now...". ', an error message popped up in reading, "the disk check cannot be performed because Windows cannot access the disk.

In a second or two, your card should be fine and back to normal operation!

  • Error on blackBerry Smartphones with calendar synchronization - Outlook 2007 for Nextel Curve 8350i

Since last Monday, I start to have problems of synchronization with Outlook 2007.  I have a Nextel 8350i curve. An Intellisync error message appears saying 'Operation complete unexpectedly.'

It comes to my environment. I do not use BES.  I now have Desktop Manager 4.7 installed (it changed from 5.0 when I started having this error).  I have 2-way sync set up for the calendar only, right now.  And I have a few recurring events in my calendar. I use my work email, which is recognized as a personal email account.

As I said, the problem started last Monday.  After a search through various forums, I tried the following: my BB wiping and restore with backup files.  It does not work.

I tried deleting the calendar databases, wiping the BB and restore with backup files.  It worked for a day.

Then, I uninstalled Desktop Manager 5.0 and installed 4.6.  No difference.

After talking with the technical support of BB, who believes that there is a problem in my computer, I completely cleaned, virus scanned, defragmented, updated, scanned my computer. After all this, Calendar sync worked 3 times before crapping again.

I am at a loss.  My next step would be to create a new connection to my computer. But I doubt that this will fix the problem.

    Any ideas?

    Welcome to the forums

I like how you post all the steps you took, it makes our job a lot easier!

Try to delete the intellisync folder according to this guide: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11703

  • Connections blackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Apps and Facebook does not

I can't seem to connect to one of my 'apps', including Blackberry Apps World! I entered my password, but the message is not correct. For the world of applications Blackberry, I enter the answer to my security question, and the Blackberry said he's sending a message to my email address for me to reset my password - except that it freezes and nothing happens. For Facebook, once that I entered the password and get the message that this is not correct (even if it's the right password) - there is nothing I can do. No way to reset or change the password. Can someone advise please.

Get you an error or warning when you try to connect to App World? You are also able to connect using your BlackBerry ID to: www.blackberry.com/blackberryid?

On the issue of Facebook, you are able to browse the internet or send and receive email without problem? You are also able to connect to Facebook on your computer? If you can, Facebook for BlackBerry, uninstall then reboot your device. Once it is up go to: www.blackberry.com/facebook for download/install Facebook for BlackBerry, and then test the connection and using the application.
