  I just tried to install creative cloud, so I could try the trial version of acrobat pro.  When I open the creative cloud, I don't see the menu bars in the application. I see only a black screen with the "Cc" logo at the top.  When I click on settings/wheel unrolling only I see is: help, pin it to the area of Notification and Quit.  I tried to reinstall, but no luck.  Any suggestions?
