  It's an XP operating system.

  The device has been appearing as BlackBerry 9530 in workstation.

  The problem solved after reinstalling device drivers using the CD that came with the device.

  This means that your certificates are not valid. You're sure they have an expiration date valid start and end? If you don't find it support company support calls.   I solved this problem in a weird way. It has been downloaded successfully after you rename the file (.p12, .mobileprovision)

  Cannot open the downloaded PDF documents.   They had no information inside the file.   Went to update Acrobat and it tells me that I have a mandatory update.   Go to install and get this error message.   Help!

  Try to download and install updates to CS5.  Everything seemed normal, got the progress bars to download and install updates.  Then the end message that the update could not be installed because there was an error downloading the update. What happened several times. Just finished a clean install of the OS (Win 8.1) and CS5. Displays the Update Manager, created the required records. A subfolder for each of the CS5 applications created in the AAMupdater folder.  Each of the applications was a subfolder, but contained only an XML file.

  I restarted the server vCenter, tried different credentials and looked through all the articles online that I can find online with the same question and nothing none of them suggested has worked so far.

  Thoughts?  Ideas?

  I'll leave this here in the event that it helps someone else.  I was using an administrator account on the stand-alone host in an attempt to add it via vCenter.  Once I started using the Root account on the host, I could add without problems.
