  Last night I was reading my release notes for my 16 MG ISA Flash card before installing in my PIX 520. The release notes indicate that I have to check if I have a 520 PIX "CO" or "MAKE". A worm show command does not reveal this? I have a small white sticker on the box that says "PIX 520" with no further details.

  How can I determine if I have one of these models 'CO' or 'DOING '. It is safe to assume that if she does not, I can go ahead with the upgrade?

  It usuallt you indicates on the label, but you can tell by the serial number as well.

  A0 PIX are between 18005000-18013334

  B0 PIX are between 18013335-18015503

  C0 PIX are between 18015504-18025676

  D0 and E0 are 18025677 and more

  Note that there may be a 44 in front of these numbers on your serial number label.

  Also note that the installation instructions say the 16Meg card is not compatible with the PIX of C0 (or at least he used to say that), it won't and you can install this card without problem.

  Make sure that you first remove the existing 2Meg card, otherwise the PIX will not work. The card is one without the external connectors on it at the back.

  Hi, I started recently a problem with the sync on my desk. My partner Android and Mac laptop no problems when you attempt to synchronize, but office always gives the same error. I tried to disconnect from the desktop computer, erase all files, restart and then adding the Office to synchronize once more, but the error persists.

  All bookmarks on the desktop disappeared, but are still in my sync data and have no problem being viewed on other connected devices. It also tells me that the issue is not the sync server and that there is something unique to the desktop machine.

  I hope that this will not require a reinstall, but if all else fails, it's an option. I'll try to attach a log file once I put the question.

  I have a problem with my HP 6280 All in One Printer. There are a few problems and it's really annoying, I wonder if anyone can prove useful please?

  I uninstalled the software and drivers for the Photosmart series C6200 of the site, and when re installation, the software starts uninstalling itself and gives the following message:

  "Error - wstub 197370'

  "Fatal error during Installation"

  And then starts to uninstall the entire software package and then request to restart to uninstall complete.

  Once restarted, the whole scenario goes in a loop that is the uninstall process? Very confusing indeed and have never experienced this kind of problem before!

  I am trying to remove Apple Mobile Device Support on my computer because my iPod cannot be detected.  I click on delete and it gets all the way to the end before reversing and showing the message «Fatal error during Installation»

  I solved this problem by clicking on edit instead of delete it. Then, when the software uninstall program apple appears, choose Delete. This should allow you to remove the apple software.
  There seems to be a conflict between the program uninstall ASU and windows.
  Please make sure that you clean the registry of unwanted entries before you reinstall the software from Apple. I recommend using CCleaner.

  You hear your message said something about rpcrt4.dll?  It is important to relay the exact message you see.

  Please provide additional information on your system:

  What is your system brand and model?

  What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

  Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..

  The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

  The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

  You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

  You use some CD to access this Panel of Microsoft recovery where this "no profile" option is?  I don't know what all this means if it isn't some CD shipped with your system, in which case, I would use it for a coaster instead of something to fix your system.

  If the c:\windows\system32\rpcrt4.dll file is missing or afflicted, you do not start in the last good known Configuration.

  You also will not start in any kind of Mode safe no more.

  Even if you could boot mode safe, you would find that sfc/scannow does not work in Mode without failure in all cases (never).  If you try it, you'll see a message like this:

  Windows file protection could not initiate a scan of protected system files.

  The specific error code is 0x000006ba [the RPC server is unavailable.].

  Failed to start the RPC mode server safe either.

  I can't recreate your error exactly, but it is easy to replace the rpcrt4.dll file.  Looks like you have a working CD drive, so put yourself a Hiren boot CD and when you started on this, you can copy your precious files to a USB device for safety.

  There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

  c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

  c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

  You need to rename or replace the rpcrt4.dll file which is in c:\windows\system32 and replace it with one you will find the backup copies.

ISO file onto a blank CD using your existing CD burner.  You can also use your own burning software as long as your software is able to create a bootable CD.
