  I suggest completely uninstall the graphics drivers and reinstall it from the Dell Web site.

  Please follow the steps below to them:

  • Click on Start > run, type: devmgmt.msc
  • Expand the display adapters section.
  • Find the ATI graphics card.
  • ATI Graphics Driver right click and choose Uninstall.
  • Select the check box delete the driver for this device.
  • Restart the computer after the uninstall is complete.

  But in the case where some people have this problem I had.

  Correction on wireless W8.1 as follows,

  Find/locate connection network in "charms."

  Right click on Wi Fi - select DISABLE-wait a minute then

  RT click on Wi - Fi to ACTIVATE.

  Connect to your internet service provider when you see your SSID.

  Also a note if your printer or the wireless on cpu receiver

  Activate Bluetooth.
