Error Installing Shared technology items 12
I just uploaded my purchase of 12 items and tried to install twice. I read the troubleshooting pages and still not working how to solve this problem.
I get error messages and include them below
Can someone please help me solve this.
Hi sunny_hell,
Please navigate to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it to OOBE.old.
Run Selective startup and try reinstalling: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-vista/run-selective-startup-using-system-config print.
Consult the KB: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/troubleshoot-installation-photoshop-elements-premiere.html#main_Error__Below_mentioned_applications_have_failed_to_install__Shared_tech nologies_ in the case of other issues.
Kind regards

During the installation of items 11, I met an error with 'shared technologies. Installation is stopped and then backed out. What can I do or correct? I have an old version of photoshop 6 on the same computer, if it's important.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem, I have the combo of Photoshop Elements and premier 11 package elements. I tried to re - install from the CD and the office, but get the error message and rollback shared technology. I have tried all methods of troubleshooting offered by Adobe, and I am puzzled.

Is there a definitive solution to the problem of the installation of 12 elements, which, towards the end, returns an error message "failure to install shared technologies? I tried the solutions such as deleted the. PPA files in the "Common files" folder and restarting the computer just before the installation is cancelled. None of them works. I find myself with a piece of lemon to $ 135.62.
Thank you.
I FOUND THE SOLUTION! Sorry to say, I've done this contempt after advises the absolutely useless 'experts' Adobe which led me nowhere. For the sake of there users encounter the same problem, here's how I did it.
1. install 12 elements until it got to the point where it says the error message "the installation process has encountered an error installation Shared Technologies. If please restart your system and try again. »
2. well, I didn't reboot my system or that the process move. If you look at the level of the office, the 12 items and shortcut icon already - it seems that the installation is 99.99 percent complete, except that you can not open it.
3. while clicking on the shortcut, a message said something like "some device is missing. Download the latest Adobe Application Manager to open (or start) your evaluation software"or words to that effect. I downloaded the last Adobe Application Manager 8.0.
4. After downloading Adobe Application Manager, I clicked on the new shortcut of 12 items, and here he opened and works beautifully. However, the warning in no. 1 above is always displayed. Never click on it, or restores the installation and you are at zero. I just shut down the computer and restarted. Elements of 12 is installed permanently. Thanks to a few DIY alterations.
I'm not sure if it will work on other computers. And by the way, thanks to the experts from Adobe to be nice.

When I try to install 12 PS I get error about shared technologies. Convenience store suggested I have rename the OOBE in OOBE.bak folder. Did this and repeated a few times with the same result. Now when I try to run the installer, it tries to uninstall PS 12 and gives me Error 2343 specific path not found. What's next?
If you have a bitdefender antivirus, uninstall it. install the PES 12. then install bitdefender.

It's order No. 12642019825 for Adobe Photoshop elements 12 I bought yesterday online for USD135.62. My trial version worked well - thank you for that. But after paying an arm and a leg for the licensed version - this from a third world country - I couldn't install the software due to a persistent error message on the installation of 'shared technologies '. I tried all the suggestions in the Adobe forums and nothing seems to work.
Installation shouldn't be a burden on a paying customer. You need a head to Papineau to install this lemon, maybe you need to hire by Jet Propulsion Laboratory technicians, who are able to fix bugs on the Mars rovers just by zapping a signal of our mother earth.
Pay back me, please, I'll buy it again if you can sell a product that is easy to install. And, well, please answer me directly to [email protected].
Thank you.
Strongly dissatisfied customer.

Photoshop elements 12 and shared technologies
I try to install Photoshop elements 12 on windows 7 and I get an error message: do not install shared technologies. Can help?

Do not settle - shared Technologies
I am also having a problem installing PES 10.
I've had 8 PES installed and only started to have problems with it shut down automatically without warning. This problem started today, and it is strange because I use it every day for months and had no problems before.
Tonight, I tried to install 10 PSE but received the following error message "the wizard was interrupted before PES 10 could be completely installed." "Mentioned below the application failed to install: shared Technologies.
I disabled and uninstalled PSE 8 and still couldn't get 10 PSE to install due to Technologies shared do not install it.
I have CS5 Design Premium on this computer. Do I need to uninstall that as well?
Shared technologies usually refers to Flash, Adobe AIR or PDF handling stuff, then Yes, uninstall each bit of the Adobe software on your system, run the Creative Suite cleanup tool and Acrobat cleaning tool and possibly all the relevant patches for Flash / Adobe AIR and start over.

Tried several methods but, being a bit technologically with handicap, I just can't get mistakenly shared installation technology?
Welcome to the forum, Ted,
This is an old 'Shared technology' net: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3155897#3155897
But I'm not sure that we ever could help the OP, and they the spokesperson never with responses from Adobe. Yet, maybe a trick that is useful.
Good luck
Hunt
[Edit] I said. The OP and another user with the same error has helped. What I saw at the beginning, it was yet another poster, who was going to contact Adobe, but never returned to the thread. In the case of the OP and other users, the problem was caused by having Adobe Bridge, included in other Adobe, such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro, running programs. When they killed, the installation went well.

I have Photoshop elements 11 installed, but Premiere Elements will not install because of the problem of installation of shared technologies. I'd like suggestions on how to solve the problem. I tried installing several times.
205EdMLewis
On what computer operating system is your first items 11 running? For now, I'll assume Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits. You install the program from
disc Setup or installation files?
Error Shared Technologies is an old story that affects several versions of Premiere Elements on several different operating systems. My encounters with this error
used for the program involved installation disc.
There are many remedies at home. One that worked for me lately and consistent was the deactivation of the OOBE folder located
Local disk C
Program Files (x 86)
Common files
Adobe
and in the folder Adobe is the OOBE you disable by changing the name of the folder in OOBE to OLDOOBE.
Please let us know if it worked for you.
Don't give up.

How install the 10 items when the Setup program retains back to shared technologies?
I tried several times to install Adobe on my new computer laptop under Windows 7 64, without success. I first tried installation version 11 on the box - which OS is crashed out and led to the 'blue screen of death' and my brand new computer will not restart the computer. After removal of this version, the computer went very well and I was able to install other things. After having now tried several times to install 10 items, I have brought to a stand still by pure frustration. Whenever he gets to the point where it is the 'Shared technologies' installation, Setup cancels the installation. I tried deleting any reference to elements of the registry and hard drive and copy all the files installation on the hard disk and then reinstalling - none of this has helped. I don't know what to do and have discovered that Adobe has apparently decided to abandon their clients - can - we in this forum help?
Hello
To correct this problem, please try the following steps.
Try to rename the folder to OOBE.old OOBE.
Location to find OOBE is: -.
If you have a 64 bit OS
1 program files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
If you have a 32 bit OS
Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Thank you
