Error message: 150:30 a license for this product has stopped working. Nothing here has worked. Now what?
I get this message for all my applications of Adobe Creative Suite CS4. Just load everything on a new computer from my backup drive. I tried all the recommendations here. I don't know what to do now. No files exist that I'm supposed to delete or change. The licensing repair utility would not launch.

I have been using Photoshop CS4 on my PC for years without problem. The system is Vista 2007 with Service Pack 2. Now I can't run Photoshop at all. Last week, I had to wipe my hard drive, reinstalling OS X 10.10.4 (then update to 10.10.5) and restore all my files. I do not often use the CS4 but I needed to open Dreamweaver CS4 just now and all first, he wanted Java Runtime 6 - that I found and installed. CS4 is completely no Mavericks and using an upgrade supported
operating system can be a gamble.

Yesterday, I bought a new MBPro 15 "Retina display. I recovered all my files of TimeCapsule and I have a separate connection when you work with these files. On this connection, photoshop, illustrator and indesign CS4 appear on the dock. But when I go to launch, I get this window: LICENSE FOR THIS PRODUCT has STOPPED WORKING. Error: 150:30. I tell myself that I have to enter my serial code, but I do not know how to proceed. My 2009 CS4 is an upgrade of my 2004 origin. So my questions are:
1. can I enter my serial number somehow to activate the software, or what I have to reinstall?
2 if I need a reinstallation, do I start with the 04 version?

As you guessed it yourself, you will need to reinstall correctly. Installation of some old product you are talking about is not required, only one installation of CS4 and then enter the serial numbers. the bad news is however, that CS4 itself is perhaps not compatible with os x 10.8.2/.3, expect so all sorts of problems...

Help, please! I used the Migration Assistant to transfer all my Time Machine backup to my new MacBook Pro. When I try to open Photoshop or InDesign (CS4), it tells me that "a license for this product has stopped working". You must disable and uninstall and make a correct installation! IF you can even install the old software on a new Mac
