  2. Press command + shift + D to Deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.

  The work around works of Jean.  It would be nice if Adobe provided a real difficulty however.

  I have ADE installed 4.03.  The problem will occur as soon as that ADE is closed and reopened.    It takes so the patch every time allows you to download a book ADE.

  1. for Overdrive - select a book and click Download. -pop - up - select - Save file. - under the open with select - acsm_auto_file - download the file of social mobilization in your download directory.

  I see - it's just an unusual set of circumstances. As long as the virtual machine has network connectivity, it should work. It would be really no different than having a physical server with vCenter running on it.

  ADE 2.0 is very good to get the corrupt records.

  Try to delete all the records; CTRL-SHIFT-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D on Mac).  Meet the guests.

  Restart ADE

  Try saving with the original ID again.

  There are a lot of bugs in ADE2.0.  Try to replace ADE2.0 with the older but more reliable v1.7.2.

  Thanks for the comments.  Drive and cleaning tool has not helped.  We found that the add-on PDF associated with FrameMaker was causing the issue.  Uninstalled FM and the add-on, and then was able to install Acrobat Pro without any problem.  Then reinstalled FM.  Weird, but it worked.

  I can connect and see the files on the mobile phone, but when I click on the folders, there is an error message indicating "getting the list of files doesn't have."
