  Restart the computer and check if the problem occurs again.

This will open the process task manager. Then go to the tab processes and end firefox.exe. After the end of this process, close the Task Manager and try to re-run the installation/uninstallation.

  What is the "SaveButton" which you manage in the processFormRequest?

  A key thing when you extend a controller and override a PR of the PFR, you should always call super. ().

  In your code, you call super.processFormRequest () inside the PFR.

  1. go in Control Panel, and then click programs and features.
  2. Press display the installed updates, then find the update called KB3035583.
  3. now uninstall this update.
