  I bought a Samsung laptop about 2 months ago and have been using Windows 8 without any problem.  I recently received notifications indicating that I need to activate Windows 8 because it is due to expire on 7/29.  I found my key product, but when it writes the results in error code 0xC004F074.

  When I bought my laptop from Best Buy, I was under the impression that I would have a full version of Windows 8 and not a temporary test.  By examining the details of my card to purchase, this indicates that Windows 8 is installed.
  Is this just a fluke error?  Or, I don't have a temporary version and will be forced to buy an upgrade?  Is there something else I should do to activate it?
