I don't want to be cruel here, but you have lost a customer because you did not have a safe and efficient workflow implemented. I never do anything without saving files in versions 10-20 minutes. If your files are get damaged whenever save you them, then you have to analyze your project and to understand what you do which causes corruption. Working for 10 or 15 minutes, save the file, open the file, save it with a different version and start over when you encounter problems. This is the most important part of the business advice I can give you. As soon as you have any indication that there may be something wrong, contact your customer. Don't make excuses, don't blame the software, take full responsibility and just explain that you need more time or something in the project must change. I've never had a client refuses to give me some latitude or refuse to make adjustments to the project that would be completed in time.

CS5.5 does not require a login, so there must be something else requiring that you. Maybe it's the security of your system requires you to login to allow installation.

I have a strange problem with my RAM supported by installers. When I check the activity monitor, 3 installers are open and they start around 80 MB memory RAM used for about 7 or 8 concerts after 10 minutes. I have to force them to quit, but I don't know what I am closing or why they open in the first place. Applications downloaded on iTunes?

Log in safe mode as administrator mode without failure not as a user with the Administrors rights and hope that the Admimistrator log doesn't have bee password protected i.e. you just press ENTER. If create a new user account for yourself.

I just bought a version of lightroom upgrade 6 (mac, upgrade from lightroom 4) and began the process of installation, but when I entered the serial number of the previous version, I got the message "the serial number you entered is not valid. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service. The number I entered is correct - I checked against the original package and on the products of my adobe account page, and I get the error message even if I try to enter the serial number of the version of lightroom 3 I had before. I am at a loss to understand what I can do: I paid for this product, but I can't install it. I just tranfered CS6 CC and I want to install all my plugins but it not install
Im working on this project for a friend and he wants a Plexus 2 intro so I said okay, so I tranfered CS6 CC and im installing all my plugins again and when I opened the Setup program to install Rowbytes Plexus 2.0.10 I chose CC and installs but she appeared with an error message saying "Cant find CC Folder" and theres nothing to do once he leaves the installer and I rage because I paid $ 200 for it
