error: "this operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"I am the administrator and the user while doing now?
I have a new computer with Win. 7 home Premium, after upgrade to Win. XP version. Now, I can't open Outlook attachments like in XP because of this error message. I tried to solve in the Tools menu 'accounts' and since I am the 'user' and the 'administrator' (I think), I can not list me under each heading. The computer thinks that I'm just the 'user' and not both, I think. I also tried to lower the security settings to 'medium', but that no longer works. Help someone?

I created several hyperlinks in excel spreadsheets over the years. I created a refrencing today a location in the same workbook as the hyperlink and several places of the week refrencing last on my hard drive. None of the links work now.
All hyperlinks have worked in the past. Today, I got an error message "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. "that's me, since this is my personal office. I made no changes in Excel or Windows.
Possible reasons?

The drive can be accessed and be used as usual after instillation. If the player is plugged into the same computer for the second time, there is no prompt. This also occurs on the readers no U3. Works as usual later with newly charge of roaming profile.
