  I'm having a problem with an Instance Oracle 10.2.0.3 on AIX 5.3.
  
  Under Root and Oracle, I can connect to the instance by using only "sqlplus user/password', but it does not work under another ID.
  
  It causes me problems as one of our suppliers has provided a large number of upgrade scripts to be run as a specific user, but fail to establish a database connection.

  Newer versions of oracle have implemented a great new technology to help solve problems, called "error messages."  Unfortunately, I can't find any reference to an error message named 'is no longer able to connect.

  And why you are moving your site from inventory?  When you have installed oracle, he put the inventory where he wanted.  There is no reason to try to change or replace.

  I tried test the connection to the database of FDM help a 32-bit UDL file to check the 32-bit Oracle Client is installed and where the provider OLE DB for Oracle was not available.

  I have new phone purchase watch Elife E3 a few days ago. I downloaded Skype-free IM & video call, and it works great 2 - 3 times when I open a session and after 2 - 3 times it gives "Unable to connect" error when I connect.

  the I uninstall Skype and reinstall it again and it works fine, but after 2 - 3 times it is in error "Unable to connect" again do not know what the problem is.

  For a long time, tap the app and choose 'Clear data' or something similar to reset. Its a big trouble, but it's the only solution. To avoid this, I suggest to sign first and the app completely in the drawer of the app from closing before turning off WiFi because it helps a lot.   I also had the same problem. I had no problem for the other three Windows 8 install / computers that I used and the last she has imported all the fine adjustments. However, I had a portable Windows 8 different today and worked alone of my three accounts to Gmail. How I fixed it:

  If your company security policy allows, you can avoid this by changing the password_life_time to an unlimited number of default profile:

  It's a SQL API based in the event database connection, it does not need an ODBC connection, see will do for you.

  I just wanted to know what operating system you are using to connect to the server and did you do Windows Update on this machine? If not done it please do.

  You can do one more thing before checking the KB, if the connection to the server OS is windows 2012 and the SQL Windows 2012, take a snapshot of the VM Server conection and proceed to

  Stop all the service view in the connection to the server.

  sqljdbc - 1.2.jar and rename sqljdbc - 1.2.jar.backup.

  Download SQL JDBC 3.0 driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21599

  extract the downloaded file and copy the sqljdbc4.jar to location (C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware View\Server\broker\shared\lib\)

  also copy same file once more and rename the file to sqljdbc-1.2.jar

  Restart all services server connection and wait 10 minutes, then check the admin page.

  I am a new user Oracle and you are allowed to access a remote Oracle database, however I have problems with the installation/configuration program! I downloaded the driver Oracle and the Instant Client (11.2.0.2.0) because I need to use Microsoft Access for the data access (the Access database is already configured to the correct Oracle database). I'm under the impression that, to do this, I need to be able to use the ODBC Administrator to get all set up. Note: Im working on Windows XP.
  
  I have questions:
  
  -I don't seem to have installed Netca (which seems to be the recommended method to configure a connection). I have manually adjusted the TNSNAMES file. ORA file so it matches the database, but I'm not sure what would be my next step.
  
  -When I open SqlPlus it wants a username and password, and I tried the default settings and got an error each time. I must first use SqlPlus, or establish a connection via ODBC first?
  
  -Also: ODBC requires a TNS Service name, and I'm not sure, where this is established; something that would give the database manager?
  
  I really just do not know how to configure this remote connection! I continue to run with obstacles and really want a reference "step by step" on the way to do it, if there is such a thing. Any help or additional reference material would be appreciated! I ran by the content of the forum, but have not been able to decode the jargon! Thank you very much in advance.
