  I just bought the Sony Internet TV of 32 inches. My internet connection is through my cell provider so I use my wireless phone as a hot spot for my computer. It is extremely fast and works very well. I expect to do the same thing with my internet tv but, unfortunately, the TV does not recognize the signal. Can someone help me solve this problem? I don't want to go back to the tv but will if I can't find a solution.

• Widgets Internet BRAVIA HX800

  I wonder if I can use on my BRAVIA HX800 TV internet widgets. The remote doesn't have a Web 'widgets' button so maybe it's my first clue, but I hope that I can still use them. Just were not able to find out yet.

  Hi, we bought the sony internet tv NSZ - GS7 to the United States. I'm trying to use it in India. But I am not able to connect to my wifi. But I was able to connect to an unsecure wifi which was available in one of the neighbors (not sure whose wifi is). I am also able to connect to my phone book & mac I bought in the United States to my wifi. So is it something I need to change in the internet tv device? I checked the support page and checked my router configuration. My wifi channel has no overlap with no neighbors channel. MAC filtering is off. I changed the security from WEP to WPA/WPA2. But I am not able to connect to it. Please help me.

  Hi Angela, thanks for your response. I totally forgot this post. I also had a hard time finding my post too. Sorry for the (very) late reply.

  It detects wifi network. But when I select the network, he's trying for a long time - during which he shows the status as "obtaining IP address" - but it fails. But when it fails, it shows no errors. He just try to connect again and the same thing happens again.

• Why my Sony Bluray player has suddenly decided to become Chinese?

  All my icons on my BluRay player on internet services (Netflix, Crackle, Hulu, ect) have been replaced by a simple icon for what appears to be a Chinese television channel.  I tried all Icould do on the Bluray player and decided to try to re - initialize the device from the sony.internet.tv site.  Unfortunately, the sony.internet.tv site now only happens in Chinese.

  It happens to many of us.  I hope that Sony will soon have an answer for us.
