  I don't think that there is some other way to make a new playlist where you want an addition to the content from one to the other.  If you want the new playlist are kept synchronized with each other, you can make a smart playlist containing the content of the first playlist.

  Unfortunately, there is no way to make the app open to the tab list music default playback. The only available sort options come from the drop-down list at the top of the screen. In the 'My music' tab, you can choose to view music by artist, albums, songs, music videos, genres, composers and complications.
