.exe in the Portfolio

Adobe portfolio does not support .exe files, that is why I would ask if anyone knows what we can do about it, is there another way (converting..? etc.) to add the executable file in the Portfolio?

thnx

You can't - this is a security feature.

You can force Acrobat to add archived files (ZIP, RAR, etc.), but they won't open unless the beneficiary manually changes the Trust Manager settings, so that they are of no real use.

  • Portege will extinguish after iTunesphotoprocessor.exe gets the CPU to 100% usage

    Hi all

I am having a problem with my Toshiba Portege and sync with my iPad2.

I'm syncing large amount of photos to my iPad, when synchronization progess is at the stage of optimization photos iTunes runs two processes iTunesphotoprocessor.exe and the CPU usage is 100%.

The Toshiba fan then runs at full speed until the immedialtey of the computer turns off.
It is not a normal shutdown of Windows 7 64-bit. It's an energetic power loss, while the Toshiba is on a/c.

I can reproduce the same with my iPhone 4.

I thought I should use a USB hub with an adapter separated instead, unfortunately, there is no difference.

It is not only synchronize photos that it occurs also when I sync movies and only iTunes.exe running at 100% CPU usage.
Which brings me to the conclusion that the iPad draws a lot of power of the Toshiba until the laptop is on its knees.

I use external drives (not USB powered) and can copy a lot of data without any problem.

Perhaps worth mentioning that I have improved the Toshiba two months ago for Windows 7 64 bit and installed all the 64-bit drivers found here on the forum with the upgrade of the BIOS.

    Any hint is appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hello

In my opinion this has nothing to do with the power supply or the power adapter plugged.
The iTunesphotoprocessor.exe belongs to the iTunes software and in my opinion this software highlights the laptop CPU s that cause automatic shutdown!

This means that it is not a problem of laptop but the Apple software.
I m not sure if it s a compatibility issue with 64-bit Windows system, but he s certainly an iTunes problem

So, in my opinion, you need to reinstall this software to see if that would help
You can uninstall this software from the system and could clean the registry with CCleaner, it helps to clean the registry
After that and after new restarts, you can try to install a version compatible 64-bit iTunes maybe it helps

  • set up map of store for an automatic selection in the portfolio

I have a store in wallet card, which is not the default. According to the user's Guide you can set it to automatic selection for use with the store. I can't find an option to do and tried to remove and re-add the card in question, but no option rises. iPhone 6 64 GB iOS 9.2.1

The first card that you add to the portfolio becomes your default card for payments. To use another card as a default, tap the map to the portfolio, and then drag it to the front of your cards of credit and debit in the portfolio.

  • How to get the exe to the front

    Hello

My VI uses some third party exe files to control a few pieces of equipment.  I use SystemExec.vi to open programs.  However, I want only 1 instance of the program open, open once again can cause problems.

Looking through the other forum posts, I noticed that I can use tasklist.exe to check if programs are running.  The last piece of the puzzle is to bring the program exe to the front, if it is already open.

In short, if the user clicks a button, the program will open a single instance, or wear this instance to the front.  Anyone know how I can bring an exe program forward?

    Thank you.

You need not use ActiveX. What you need is the Hwnd to the library function call. There should be a way to get the Hwnd of the window of your selection.

What exactly is the software that you have installed?

    Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP

The software is called RegWork.  I had to pay for it.  It is not yet enabled.  It seems to be just a type of utility to clean my system scan.  Since it was recommended by Microsoft Security Essentials, I thought it was the right thing to do.
Should I continue to carry out this activation or should I unstall it.

What makes you think that Microsoft Security Essentials recommended
    It? That cannot be good.

You must uninstall it. Registry cleaning programs are all snake
oil. The registry cleaning is not necessary and dangerous. Leave the
Only registry and do not use any registry cleaner. Despite what a lot
people think, and try to which suppliers of software record cleaning
convince you to have used really doesn't hurt registry entries
    you.

The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner by mistake
delete an entry you need is much greater than any potential benefit
    It can have.

    Read http://www.edbott.com/weblog/archives/000643.html

    and also
    http://blogs.technet.com/markrussinovich/Archive/2005/10/02/registry-junk-a-Windows-fact-of-life.aspx

Let me stress that neither me nor anyone else who warns the
use of registry cleaners never said that they always cause
problems. If they have always caused problems, they would disappear from
the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry
cleaner and never had a problem with it.

The problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it
the risk of a significant problem. And since there is no
benefits of using a registry cleaner, running that risk is a very bad
    good deal.

  • No sound, no XP install disc and no file sndvol32.exe in the system32/dllcache folder... So, how can I get my sound back!

    Hi all

I lived like many of the fixes suggested on the forum as possible so feel I have this post as a new question. I have no sound on my computer. I think it was an accidental deletion of key files during uninstallation of some programs. In any case, the problem of double wammy is than I:
    1. Don't have my XP installation disk anymore because it was lost long ago, and
    2. I do not have the sndvol32.exe file in the system32/dllcache folder so it cannot stick in the system 32 folder
So, how can I get my sound back!
My laptop really old and it is only the visible part of the iceberg in the resulting sound problems, but I cannot afford a new computer at the moment, so any help is greatly appreciated!
    Thank you

This article will show you how to install sndvol32.exe from the CD.

Since you don't have one you can borrow one from someone.

You can also copy the file from another computer.

Since you have an iceberg under this issue, why not try to install the clone from the link below.

    http://download.CNET.com/MiniMixer/3000-2169_4-10074198.html

XP OS CD are very cheap now so maybe you should buy one and do a clean install instead of crop to the iceberg and save you headaches.

  • Windows XP I often setup.exe keeping the CPU at 100% for at least a few minutes.

Running Windows XP, I often setup.exe keeping the CPU at 100% for at least a few minutes... this process can be completed or ignored?

"Setup.exe" is a generic term used by many applications.  The short answer is 'yes', it's OK to complete the process, but you really need to know what it is and why it continues to run.

You probably need to download, install, update and run these free malware scanner (not at the same time):
    MalwareBytes AntiMalware
    SUPERAntiSpyware

If that is not fix things, and assuming that this process begins when you start the computer, download, install, and run Autoruns.  When Autoruns has finished scanning, click the 'Connection' tab and look for the line that contains "setup.exe".  You can just uncheck the box on the left, or remove the item, which will prevent the routine of starting when Windows starts.

Preferably, however, you should look at the path containing setup.exe where you should be able to deduce what application is trying to set itself up.  You can then take the appropriate measures, which may be simply delete the folder that contains the file.  Note that if you delete the file, you must ALSO remove the line in Autoruns, otherwise you will get a "file not found" error every time Windows starts.
