  By looking at the log you have sent (under separate cover), it seems that your user name contains an ampersand - &.

  I think it is one of the characters that java does not properly handle in railways, reported in the error. Here's a way you can test this theory:

  -connect as another user with a user only alphanumeric name, preferably one with Admin rights machine

  -install FB under this user and see if it succeeds.

  If so, then you can return to your privileged user account and run there instead. In this case, you probably want to change path workspace default FB to a custom path that is not under your home folder of the user, in order to avoid other problems with this sign in the path.

  Finally I have the sort with a copy all the files be installed on the local computer, and then it allows me to do the installation successfully.

  I'm having a bit of a nightmare here, if someone has a tip please let me know.

  I'm on windows 10 and three weeks now, I get errors on the CC in downloading and installing applications.

  First of all, I got 'Error DF024' and 'exit 7 "code when I tried to download the trial version of InDesign. I searched through the forums and did everything I found (I mean). Uninstalled CC completely with all my apps and installed it again, no app install (same error), I couldn't work. Two great successes finally got downloads (photoshop and Indesign) after using the cleaning tool CC to repair the host files.

  Then I tried to download the trial of the Premier Pro and got the same error again. I didn't uninstall stuff again once because I was afraid that I would lose everything for a while again and I'm in the middle of a project, can not lose Photoshop right now. Contacted support and chat through someone tried to fix the problem (by definition of Microsoft Visual C++ and restart, essentially).

  After restarting my pc, I found that the DF024 was indeed an error correction... Just to be replaced by this news. Still can't download Premier Pro (or any other application besides). I have tried almost everything again, including the CC cleaning tool (which gives me an error too: "Error occurred entries while fixing HF: 8 '), and nothing works. Always get an error message when you install applications that tells me to reboot and try again (which does not).

  I don't want (I can't) just uninstall now, I can't risk not having Photoshop for a few days. So, please, any ideas are welcome.

  Google told me that this error means that some Windows files is perhaps damaged, but I don't know what to do about this, please help

  Abandoned, erased the hard drive, installed El Capitan and applications from scratch. So far so good.

  Moral of the story: do not use Adobe CC Cleaner without in-depth reflection and backup tool.
