  I'm trying to install Illustrator CC (2015) through the creative application of cloud, but it retains more bombing of halfway.

  I am trying to install on a 64-bit computer to Windows 7 with 16 GB of RAM and 361 GB of disk space.

  I installed Photoshop CC (2015) before this question and Lightroom CC (2015) after this issue so it doesn't seem like a problem of firewall/internet on my end. I install InDesign as I type.

  I looked around on Google but I was not able to find a solution that seems to do the trick. I tried to uninstall/reinstall and pretty much has the same error. Whenever reference is made to the folder Extras Cool and legal case. The scripts folder was mentioned on a few attempts but not others.

  I looked at running the Adobe Creative Cloud Clean Up tool but only Photoshop, Lightroom and the creative cloud to appear under individual programs, Illustrator is not listed.

  Any help or ideas would be really appreciated because I'm stumped as to what to do next. Thanks in advance for your help and your time.

  Well, when Windows 10 has been released all erased and I had a new installation of my OS. Almost immediately, I downloaded my copy of the creative cloud. At this point, I installed Photoshop CC, CC of the Audition, Acrobat and Adobe Media Encoder. Some time later, I notice that the only thing Creative Cloud said that I installed Acrobat. Although I am looking at Photoshop, hearing, etc. on my desk, CC app says that I don't have one of the other installed applications. I try to install Photoshop again just to see if it would replace something, but I get an error message and think nothing of it. Photoshop works always. Little more time later and I told myself I need to get Dreamweaver and Illustrator for my classes. So I try, and I get the same error message:

  Every program I try to install is at 41%, extracted, then hangs at 42% for a few minutes, then I get the error.

  In addition, I tried to uninstall the Adobe software, I already had on my computer, as I have heard that this can be part of the issue. Via the Control Panel, I tried to remove Photoshop CC and CC hearing almost immediately, I received a window "Uninstall failed". So I tried to remove it manually, but they are still listed in my control panel. I think it has to do with the fact that CC suddenly does not recognize them on my computer.

  I tried the live chat twice. Both times they tried the problem for firewall and my anti-virus pinning. It is not the cause of my problem. Support fair game telephone me this link, which did not help.

  So basically I have no Adobe apps work, and I have no way to get them.

  Also, I came across this problem. When I tried to install it using the direct Installer (linked to http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html), it has not as well, but the error log said:

  I was running since the first installation of Illustrator CS2 and upgraded to CS5.1 in 2011. I need to check that Illustrator CS 5.1 will be ADO correctly on a Windows 7 computer, so I tried to install my copy as a free 30 trial, that the Installer offers me an option.

  Then begins to calculate the time to install and then get up and say that the installation has encountered any errors. Then, there is an Exit Code 20.

  Someone has an idea, what is the problem.

  I am a member of creative cloud and have had no problems with any other program that has meaning camparable. a few bugs here and there, but this product muse seems to have been a good idea, but a little cooked as far as my experience goes.

  Unacceptable for muse memebers be locked out programs they pay for, but much more importantly, depend on.  I was a member for 2 weeks and it was nothing else but to the headaches with muse.  Muse is the product that was sold to me by becoming a member, now it's the only thing that prevents me from publishing the work I've done on other programs.

  I apologize that you have encountered so many questions! You install through the Applicatoin Adobe Manager? If so, try to make sure that Muse is completely uninstalled, firstly - if you're on a Mac you can drag Muse in the trash and empty the trash, if you're running Windows there may be two entries for Muse under uninstall programs. You can search for "Muse" in the top right to filter. Make sure they are both uninstalled. You can then try again through the Adobe Application Manager.
