Exit code of Lightroom - Setup - 7 error
I was instructed to upgrade most of the applications to cc2014 editions.
Most have been successful, even if for some reason any creative cloud says I have no installed all now applications, however, the main problem I have is that lightroom does not install, I'm only using Adobe Creative cloud as an Installer (no third party as he said).
I get the following error:

I searched through solutions, including the removal of temporary files, etc., but the problem remains.

I fixed this problem, if it can help someone in the future I used this:
Microsoft FixIt utility in http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en-us to remove the remaining entries for Photoshop Lightroom.
Checked in programs and features (from the control panel) it there was nothing Lightroom related left, make sure that you search under A Adobe and L for Lightroom.
Reinstall the creative cloud, I hope it will work for you.

- We recommend to copy the Setup program on the local computer and then try to install it.
- If you still get this message, try downloading the installer from: products CS3 download

Here is the error message I get:
I rebooted the computer 2 times, but nothing helped, and a single installtion of a different installer with serial number different PhotoShop leads to the same result
I checked the places mentioned for newspapers.

Finally I have the sort with a copy all the files be installed on the local computer, and then it allows me to do the installation successfully.

Go to C: > Program Files (x 86) > common files > Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and rename under mentioned folders.
(1) adobe PCD - Adobe PCD centenarians.
(2) hats - caps-old.
3-backup - backup-old.
Then try to install Dreamweaver CC 2014 and check.
Note : If you have installed other applications, you can reinstall or reactivate if you have installed the stand-alone application using the serial number again.
