  OK, it's different. These text boxes are (at least engineering point of view) not considered form data, they are annotations (or markup). On your print dialogue box, you will see a group of "Comments & Form". Make sure that the first control is set to "Document and annotations:

  

  After this change, you should see the markup of your impressions.

• Expand the fields of text not cooperating

  I have created a new form that spans over 2 pages and saved as a dynamic PDF. I am trying to allow for text fields to expand as the user beyond the initial size of the field. The field is set to 'extend to worthy. I have several sections of the form all separated by lines of text. I tried to wrap each section in a subform (value "Flowed"), then wrap all subforms to a larger subform (the "Flowed" value).

  The problems I encounter is each article that is wrapped in a subform loses the positioning and space between the fields in all fields and bring them tight to each other. Then when I wrap all subforms in a larger subform (the value "sunk"), my text headers and all other text get rearranged and I can not change the order to reposition with white space.

  Here is a picture of my form in the friendly and tidy format that I want to keep. Then a picture of the way she looks with each section in a subform and all these subforms in a larger subform.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  If you look at your hierarchy, you will see that this subform, the schema object is equal (or to) the background. Click on, and then drag it in the hierarchy to the top of the subform:

  

  

  It should be resolved for a subform from top to bottom Flowed.

  Sorry for the very simple question, but I have an irritating problem

  I created some forms of LC that has the feature that if you select a certain country of some fields appear/disappear depending on the choice of the country.

  I've also attached a "Submit form" button so that the form is sent by mail in PDF from a central point. All this seems to work perfectly.

  The problem now is that the returned pdf shows always all areas, regardless of the choice of the manufactured country. Where I was hoping he would send the saved as PDF and thus showing only fields that are required for that specific country.

  Is there a way to change this so that it matches my expectations?

  The problem is that you change the State of form of masking and display content based on selections. This information is not saved by the screen when you send it. In the designer, if you go to the form and file/properties/Defaults in the script box, make sure the changes script preserve to the form has the value not manually and automatically and try again.

  I have a dynamic form that includes several text fields for user input. These fields have a fixed height, however, allow multiple lines beyond the visible area. I don't want these fields to develop when you leave the field, but when the form is printed. The form is set up neatly on 7 pages, and I would that this still 7 when the user is working, however, I would like to expand to account for the extra text to print.

  How can I make sure when I print, expand the fields and the data flow on the next pages?

  There may be a better way, but when I need to position elements in a past form I use rectangles set no border so that they are invisible and put where I need spaces.

  No problem! I'm just going through a number of things (you might already have these sorted, so please forgive me, but just in case where).

  You don't need to go near the Source XML, which is often (if at all). Sometimes, it is convenient if you want to change multiple occurrences of a string (with find and replace).

  First set up your work space, something like below.

  

  You need to open the panels (layout, object, border, police, paragraph hierarchy, Script Editor, etc.).

  I've implemented a "Recipientname" field and insert the script of pre-press. Note the drop-down menu events you can choose from. Also note that you can choose between two languages Javascript and Formcalc.

  

  It's the Script Editor, it is a very important interface, where you can insert the script to your form objects. You can access from the menu of the window (or by clicking Ctrl + Shift + F5). When you opened it, drag the lower bar to make a decent size to view and edit the script.

  The same approach is used to put the 'visible' script in the postPrint event.

  All this is done from the main creation of LC mode, without touching the XML source itself. What you're trying to achieve here requires access to the deep level of the object properties. For the 'normal' for an object script, you shouldn't have the fully resolved name. For example:

  recipientName.rawValue = "Niall";

  I recommend that you consider carefully where you place the script (in which event), the help file, forums and talk about books on this topic in detail.

  

  One last point, when you expand your form (such as one that has a dynamic content), then you must save your file to PDF dynamic. You can set in the properties of the form / default settings (on the file menu) dialog. Otherwise the dynamic content won't work.

  For what is is worth, I'll upload the PDF file with the only object inside. It may take a little time to pass through. If you use this technique, remember that the properties of the user interface of the various objects are accessible using different layouts. See the help file:

  You want to allow someone to open your document and fill in the form (the fields that you have created), but not change or edit the form, right? Here is the answer - assuming you use Acrobat Pro and someone will open the PDF with the Acrobat Reader 9 minimum and more:

  Tools > Protection > encrypt< encrypt="" with="">

  Select YES to change security.

  Opens in a new window:

  Do not select NOT open the Document (or will require a password to open the document.)

  SELECT: Permissions (check the box next to ' Restrict editing and printing of the document. ")

  Change the following 2 settings in the drop-down list box:

  Printing allowed: select high resolution

  Changes allowed: select commenting on, fill in the fields on the form and signature of signature fields
  Selected leave: "enable access text for playback devices to screen for people with visual impairments.

  Change password Permissions (insert a password)

  Leave all the other settings alone in 'Options '.

  OK - OK

  Again enter the Permissions password (the one you entered above)

  OK - OK

  Save the PDF file to apply security [notice that (SECURED0 will appear after the title of the document]

  Hello Teddy and wellcome to the Group!

  If you want to change the fonts or other things, then you will need to use the PrePrint method. What I usually do is select PrePrint in the 'Show' section in the Script Editor (if you did not go to the toolbar at the top, Windows and select Script Editor). After selecting PrePrint you can now either type the name of the subform and the field you want to change (or you can place the cursor in the script dialog box, hold down the CTRL key and select the field with the mouse) and enter in the JS to change font. It's something like TextField1.fillcolor = "255, 255, 255; (which changes the background in white fill). You can also replace fillcolor fonts or border to change the color of the police or the border. I put a link to an Adobe website that goes over the color JS below changes. You just need to add a method of pre-press for each field that you want to remove the necessary on highlighting. Then once the user hits a button print that you have on the form or use CTRL + P to print the form, it will remove any highlighting.

  Now on the text field does not itself feel that I do not know what you ask for. You ask for the legend does not print or not there is a box around the data entered.   I have a BEEP pattern like below and all these CHILDREN, NAME, GRAND_CHILDREN, are fields arranaged in the model as a line. REPS can enter the values in each of these areas for maximum 3 lines. The first 2 rows have values and the last is empty.

  I have a form and it has a 2 signature fields (1 staff) and 1 for the security principal. This form also have a text box that principal put his comment after the signature of the staff! At the moment when staff sign its document, all fields of blocking and not able to put his comment on the main document. After you sign the button to print the form of document also does not.   You can configure objects that are associated with each signature collections. Go to object > palette of Signature where you can add and manage collections.
