  I am using first Pro CS5.

  When I export my sequence, it comes out the wrong size. I use video to 1080 p (1920 x 1080) in my project and I'm exporting to 640 x 360 (two dimensions divided by 3) for YouTube.

  I'll see my finished product in Quicktime 7 Pro, and it has black bars on the sides! Format QT bed 640 x 360, but the full-size bed 775 x 360! Can someone please help me understand what I did wrong and how to fix? As a side note, my entry 1080 p show in 1440 x 1080 (1888 x 1062), all the files in Format 1920 x 1080 in size.

  Do not use QuickTime... for what.  Seriously, just completely uninstall your platform.

  You should not even try to do it.

  JPG uses compression technology, so the files will have to be smaller than the original size of your RAWs. In addition, JPGs are 8-bit, while your RAWs are probably 14 bits, so the size needed to store your image will be smaller.

  Thus, there is absolutely nothing wrong with getting a 7 mb JPG of a 22 MB RAW.

  In my test application, I found that DisplayInfo returns a wrong size of the screen in pixels. I tested it on the Simulator only, but not on the actual device. Simulator real display size is 768 x 1280, but DisplayInfo returns 864 x 1400.

  Included with Windows Notepad text editor allows you to configure the layout including headers, footers and margins. These options are normally not saved between sessions, but with this Notepad tweak can be done to save the changes. Please try this method and answer us.

  You have specified/u01/oradata as the location of your fast recovery area. And then you have specified/u01/oradata as the location of the error log archive and multiplexes onlne logfiles. This will cause terrible confusion. Just because they are in the same path does not mean that they are the same thing. If you did as you described, you do not use the FRA at all. You will need to ask the IS_RECOVERY_DEST_FILE of the views column to check if a file is actually in the FRA, rather than just happening to be in the same directory of file system.

  Hi, I just upgraded to Photoshop, 2015.  I noticed, that they put the "Save for Web" command as a feature of the legacy, so I tried the new export and re-export fast, but my images accompanying through radically altered color.  (I'm saving to jpg, maximum).  Some examples of what I mean.  However, if I use the legacy, save for the Web or save slot, the color is fine.  Anyone know what is happening with the new export feature?  Thank you.

  

  Wow. Just hours after my last answer, Adobe has released 2015.1 Photoshop, which includes an option convert to sRGB in the export as dialog box. So, if I'm right about the cause of this problem, just update to this new version and you can ignore my previous suggestions. All you have to do in Photoshop 2015.1 is to select the new option convert to sRGB and colors must be consistent when exporting.

  1. I know that there is this option print in Id, where I can export PDFS in different size (why the hell that's not possible in the Export PDF dialog classic?). I tried, but this way of 'print' kills all my links created manually (about 800 of them in all of the document).
  2. I can change the document. But in the case of A4 > letter y at - it somehow how just increase the size of the artboard and keep the work without scales right in the Middle? (And keep hyperlinks, of course...)

  You can not.

  Never use print to create a PDF file, avoid postscript, which means no EPS, but also without the creation of Distiller or PDF by printing.

  If you create a PDF file via the export only you can use the URL. (Often URLS work in all cases such as Acrobat and Reader are detecting those automatically the text, but often not correct.)

  Normally, you can place an INDD or PDF/X-4 file exported in other INDD files links als, they are treated as PDF images. But images can never transfer the interactivity in InDesign when they are placed there. If you lose these Interactivities.

  But why your client will have live links in all sizes? The user will not open all sizes and use it on screen. I would recommend to strengthen links in the original which must be the version that gets the user on the screen. Other sizes can be done via the placement of the INDD or PDF/X-4 files (with bleed.)

• Problem trying to export in larger file size.

  I need to print a banner of a 20' x 8' for a show. Logo and text are export ready, but any size, I put the export size to, I seem to be limited to 2400 dpi and an image that is about 1.5 "tall. Now, I know that this translates into approximately a 24 "image at 150 dpi (or something like that happens to be). 100-150 ppi is fine, it's just a banner, but I have even greater need.

  What gives?

  your print in the OP size is 1.5 "in height as you say. It's very small. not sure if your limit is the 2400 ppi or overall pixel size. all of the questions.

  anyway. PSD is too limited to a certain pixel size. an image can be so great, then you must use a different format. I know not the point break, which could be a problem too.

  Anyway, if simply trying to get into photoshop, a simple copy and paste will work. configure your file size you need in photoshop, then copy and paste your layout of the Illustrator. No exporter is necessary.

  Click on you're your work plan tool in Illustrator (shift + o) then it allows to select a jury of art. At the top of your screen should be of four input boxes (X, Y, W and H). They must be whole numbers, so if you have moved your boards of art around them are probably sitting at random values such as X = 30.23 and Y = 55,82. Choose the numbers after the decimal, and remove them.

  If for some strange reason, your H and W are also defined to fractions, you must change these integers as well.

  Caused by a bad link to your site's CSS file.  It's pointing to a file on your hard disk local that no one but you can see.

  Open your template and reconcile the path to the folder of your site.  Probably, it should look like this:

• How to export faster

  I tried dozens of ways to make it faster to last week.  I'm working on an ongoing series which is too heavy on effects.  It's a kids show, so there are all kinds of dynamic links AE, effects, transitions, the works.

  It is a 28 minute show, divided into 3 projects PP about 9 minutes each.

  The VERY best I could arrive at is 2 hours. to make each of the clips of 9 minutes.

  I'm desperate for help because I believe I did everything everyone ever suggested and read hundreds (thousands?) of desktops to simplify this.  Thanks for the help everyone (Jim, Colin, Bill, Jeff, prejudice and the other top 10 guys and all).  The info was more useful.  I am closer, but I'm still not there.  I have a lot of these shows to see, and they are all "rushes", so I really need to do my fastest workflow for this collaborative project.

  Here's what I did to get to the point that I am, but at this point, I don't know what more to do than my last exports more quickly.  Tell me it is in the below is overkill, is not enough, stupid, etc.

  1. I made the mistake of dynamic linking all my comps of AE which were heavy makes in PP.  I learned the hard way.  (For example a second clip 30 takes 4 hours in AE make).  So I have to 'fix' that, now all my complicated AE comps of export as TIFF sequences and import the TIFF sequence in first.  My thought is that there is nothing for the rendering/calculation other that bring together a bunch of photos.  But that is another problem.  I can't get playback in real time, so...
  2. Then, I give everything in the timeline using Cineform HD high setting.  Now, I'm reading in real-time video without loss-enough-for-me.  This adds time for project construction process, but it is supposed to repay at the end of the day, when I don't have to spend so much time export.
     
  3. Then I export the project making sure to use the preview files first/Cineform create in order to save time on the final export.  This helps a LOT as it takes my hour officially 8 first export for 2 hours.  A big improvement, but not enough.
     
  4. Pull on my hair I was wondering why it takes 2 hours to make a 9 minute clip.  This is ridiculous, IMO.  When I send to SOUL it takes 02:30, so I just go to first.
     

  I currently went to the preview files Cineform and export in the h.264 format (mp4) to low quality/size (around 9/100) so I can post it on Viemo.  Not sure if transcoding is what is chewing all my time, but I thought that given my Green calendar, made and ready to roll was supposed to do the trick.  Really, what is to calculate?  My transitions, effects, AE comps are already engraved in the previews of Cineform.  Why does 01:40 hrs. to export only a 9-minute video is complete?

  My material quite well following the book and suggestions of evil.  I'm on a flaming machine, i7 980 x with 24 GB ram, card GTX480, W7 Ultmate 64.  Sitting on a 4 disk Raid-0 on a different location of my OS which is different from my scratches, blah, blah, blah, blah.  It is pretty much by the book completely.

  9 minutes of Cineform for h.264 taking almost 2 hours cannot be right, it can?  There is no other than the conversion of codec, right calculation?  My calendar is green.

• Why my exported movies are double size?

  Hello everyone, I hope someone here can help me with this problem.

  What happens is the following; Say that my film the layer source is 750 MB. After I edited and he begins to export to my HARD drive, the finished film is still around double what was the source of the layer footage, so that images of 750MO becomes a giant movie of 1.5 GB. (The camera I use is a Sanyo Xacti VPC - FH1. I usually record at 720 30 fps, because I post these films on youtube)

  It's obviously a big problem. Not only is it more data to store, but it takes much more time to download these on line, and many sites have a download limit of 1 GB, so I almost always have to use another program to compress down, and I'm sick of having to do this all the time.

  My best guess is that I had a bad setting, but after thinking a couple of things, it made no difference. So I was wondering if the preset that I used makes no difference, since I have never been sure as the one I use, because it is not one for 720 p.

  I have not been using PE7 very long, and I'm still very new to this and editing in general (I used WMM beforehand), so I really have no idea what could be the cause of this video.

  Yes, you export as MPEG2 720 p instead of 720 p H.264. Apart > mobile phones and readers select the PSP from Sony, prest of high quality. Then, go to Advanced Options and set the high profile on 4.0, size executives must move to 1280 x 720. Then adjust the transmission speed to reach the size of the target yoru file. Note do not believe that the size of the file predicyed PE7 displays, do some tests.
