    Hi Sarah!

I solved it! I had to use the original URL shorter links to create

    Jenny,

I believe that this should happen to you:

Illustrator help | White overprint | Illustrator CC

Or uncheck the box in the window > attributes palette.

  • Calendar: Export to PDF missing almost all of the photos

Every year I create calendars with iPhoto and now Photos on my Mac. This year, everything seemed fine, too until I exported the calendar in PDF format (right-click and export to PDF calendar).

My problem is that the created pdf file missing almost all of the photos. This is what it looks like in preview (some pictures between July and December are ok).

I exported the calendar last year that worked fine in iPhoto last year and got the same error. Using Photos 1.2 (340.4.0) on my MacBook Air late 2011.

No idea how to solve this problem? On the screen, everything was fine.

You can export photos you used in your calendar with "file > export > export original file?

Or you can edit the photos?

If this is not the case, the original images in your library are missing or illegible.

  • How can I stop keywords exported metadata in Lightroom5 category?

I use LR 5.0 and have a list of hierarchical keywords with the keywords in categories (e.g. location) to make it easier to manage the list, but I don't want the category labels exported in the metadata as keywords. I have disabled checkbox "include on export" on these words, but they are always exported metadata. How to avoid this problem?

I see what is happening.  First of all, a LR terminology: 'export', invoking the file > export command to make copies of the photo selected outside LR.  It seems that you are not be 'export' but rather 'the metadata record", referring to metadata > save metadata to a file to write the back catalog metadata to cataloged photos (or you have the option on which does this automatically).

The keyword attribute include on export applies to export, but do not save the metadata.  In a workflow type LR, when you want to provide copies of your photos to another person, organization or service, you export and register on Export has the desired effect on the exported copies.

If you really want the metadata in the pictures catalogued to exclude a keyword, you must go to each of the children of this key word and deselect the attribute export containing keywords.   Which will cause the parent keyword are excluded the metadata stored in the files.  (Yes, it's incompatible, but that's life with LR).  Unfortunately, there is no way to change a set of key words of the lot - you have to change each one individually.  If you may wonder if it is really important that your private photos copies contain the words 'category' in their metadata.

LR 5.7 cannot find my files already edited because I accidentally deleted them. I have original and exported raw files edited JPEG images on an external hard drive. How to get back on LR the possibility to repeat already published photos complete with a history of editing? Thank you.

Thank you Joe Maniac.  I deleted the original linked files on my internal hard drive which were dng files, but had copies of the raw files edited and edited the exported raw files (in JPEG format).  I don't have copies of dng files.  So what I ended up having to do was import the original raw files which then made a DNG copy on my internal hard drive.  The link has not changed, but now the files were back in the original track for missing photo alerts disappeared and I was able to see my change history.  The process has been painful, but without the dng, I had nothing to do a link to more if at least re-import them files has recreated the dng.  I don't know if there was an easier way, but it seemed that the problem did not the link deletion.  I use LR for a few years, but it was a rookie mistake, precipitated by my hard drive being so jammed up I ended up delete what I shouldn't.  I should have just moved the dng and the link to an external hard drive. Thanks again.

  • Why PrP CC exports a file codec AVC when I export a H264?

    Hey everybody,

I'm new to PrPro in FCP7. I'm so used to export a file with compression H.264 .mov, and I can't believe I can't do that within PrPro. I don't know that it must be something simple that I don't see. When I export from Media Encoder H264, I find myself with a .mp4 file that if I open Qt and watch the said card is an AVC codec and it shows me the same data rate... This is really boring and frankly looks like a mistake to me, even if the file "seems" good. Can someone please explain to me what I'm missing here?

I really appreciate the info on it. Thanks to advance!

Too bad! I have been deceived by ME, because when I clicked on the presets drop I saw "H.264" and that he thought "Great!" It's what I need. Turns out that I actually want to "Quicktime Movie" and THEN choose H264 in the settings below and which will export a .mov with H264 codec, not a .mp4 with codec AVC.

  • How to export metadata Camera Raw?

I can't understand how to export metadata to Camera Raw for the xmp files. I need to move my photos to another computer, but the files were modified with the metadata stored in the Camera Raw database.

I run Photoshop CS6 with Camera Raw 8.6 in point 8.1 of Windows.

    Appreciate your help.

I see no option to export data to XMP in the Edit preferences / Camera Raw in Bridge. I have Camera Raw 8.6.0.254.

This is because the parameters of export to XMP command does not appear in Camera Raw preferences. Export of XMP settings is in Camera Raw in the menu without a title that the Adobe Help file called the "camera Raw settings menu. You can export the data for multiple images at the same time, if you select multiple images before the opening of Camera Raw, click the button select all in Camera Raw, and then choose export to XMP settings.

  • Problem with loading of metadata files

    Hello

I'm working on the loading of my test AAHPTR request account dimension metadata in version 11.1.2.1 contour utility charge.

If you get stuck, add a dummy in the planning, and then use the utility to export the metadata to a file, then you have the right format.
If you do not know how to do to export then have a read of http://john-goodwin.blogspot.co.uk/2011/04/planning-11121-exporting-metadata.html

  • EXIF: and TIFF: metadata are missing from block XMP in Lightroom 4

I recently purchased Lightroom 4 and overall I am very happy with it, but I encountered a problem.  I have a few scripts that capture information related to the XMP metadata block based on XML that is embedded in DNG and JPG files that I use.  I found that processed images with Lightroom 4 no longer export exif data: and tiff: data.

To illustrate, a photo that I exported with an earlier version of Lightroom has the following features in the XMP block

    ...

    TIFF: do = 'Canon '.

    TIFF: Model = 'Canon EOS 40 d.

    TIFF: ImageWidth = "850".

    TIFF: ImageLength = "567".

    TIFF: XResolution = "240/1 '.

    TIFF: YResolution = "240/1 '.

    TIFF: ResolutionUnit = '2 '.

    EXIF:ExifVersion = '0221 '.

    EXIF:ExposureTime = "1/800.

    EXIF:ShutterSpeedValue = "9643856/1000000.

    EXIF:FNumber = ' 71/10.

    EXIF:ApertureValue = "5655638/1000000.

    EXIF:ExposureProgram = '3 '.

    EXIF:DateTimeOriginal = "" 2010-08 - 22 T 10: 52:07.58 + 01:00 ""

    EXIF:DateTimeDigitized = "" 2010-08 - 22 T 10: 52:07.58 + 01:00 ""

    EXIF:ExposureBiasValue = "0/1".

    EXIF:MaxApertureValue = "4625/1000.

    EXIF:SubjectDistance = ' 428/100 '.

    EXIF:MeteringMode = '5 '.

    EXIF:focalLength = "80/1 '.

    EXIF:CustomRendered = "0".

    EXIF:ExposureMode = "0".

    EXIF:WhiteBalance = "0".

    EXIF:SceneCaptureType = "0".

    EXIF:FocalPlaneXResolution = "3888000/876.

    EXIF:FocalPlaneYResolution = "2592000/583.

    EXIF:FocalPlaneResolutionUnit = '2 '.

    EXIF:PixelXDimension = "850".

    EXIF:PixelYDimension = "567".

    ...

There is, of course, a lot more information in the XMP block, but in a file exported using Lightroom 4 has nothing in the XMP block with exif data: or tiff: namespaces so none of this information is available to any script that queries the XMP metadata.  I'm sure that metadata are always there, integrated into the original EXIF data, as I can see using the metadata Panel in the library module, but is not accessible for my scripts because it is not in the XMP block.  I made doubly sure that metadata has been saved and checked also all my settings and even tried to export the files several times with each different setting I can think (even if my current settings worked well in previous versions), but the files never get the exif data: or tiff: data.

I called Adobe, but the best help they could give me so far was to post here, and I hope someone can help!

    To follow more...

The latest MWG specification can be found here. A discussion of this question is on page 22; more precisely:

"However, this document changes this earlier XMP guidance and recommends that the device properties Exif and Tiff only match XMP in the case of the file format does support not natively Exif."

Dates of spec of JMM in November 2010 and as I mentioned previously, Adobe has adopted this guide some time the year last for LR and, thus I believe, Photoshop.

  • Is it possible to copy or export metadata to producer Folio?

    Hello

Is it possible to copy or export metadata to a question to the producer of Folio and import/apply to a different question in Folio Producer? Or create a master metadata model that each generation of question could use? This would save a lot of time and typing do not have to re-enter the same information each month when you release the next issue of departments, bylines, etc..

    Thank you!

You cannot export metadata yet, but you can create a sidecar.xml file: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/digitalpubsuite/using/WS67cb9e293e2f1f60606c7754128c7a9c00e-7f ff.html
