Export of Information issue of Photoshop Vanishing Point

I use Photoshop CS6 and I tried to export the information from Vanishing Point of the Photoshop Vanishing Point filter, as a .vpe file, but when I go in the drop-down list in the Vanishing Point filter, there is no option to export. (I have after effects installed CC)

I searched through discussions, but found only solutions concerning export being grayed out options, but in my case, the export options are not appearing.

Does anyone know what I should do to get the available export options? I need to download/reinstall the software?

If you don't see something like that?

Or is it there but grayed out?

What if you use the Ctrl (Cmd-e) e shortcut?

You must have a grid, but he didn't even need to be a valid grid (it can have the border red and always export)

If the answer is no, and you can't see these options, try resetting all the tools.  If this does not work, try resetting preferences.

BTW is your copy of the Extended version CS6?

Have you checked in the preferences of the GPU acceleration > Performance?

What kind of spec is your computer?  And what operating system?

I don't know no are the relevance of these questions, but I suspect that this vanishing point using the GPU.

  • How to create a flat rack using vanishing point

    Hi, I'm trying to follow this tutorial on how to create anamorphic images and I don't know how to use the vanishing point. I have no idea to create a flat grid as it says. Also, does the number of lines in a case of grid? Because in the picture it's like five lines throughout, and when I create a grid, it's at least twenty lines everywhere.

    If someone could help me, that would be helpful! I have an art of the final scheduled in two days.

    Activate the Vanishing Point filter.

    Click on the four corners of a rectangle.

    The size of the grid is not important for the functioning of the filter: it is a visual aid. It is adjusted by the control labeled "Size of the grid" upstairs to the left of the filter window. The tutorial is said to use 121 on an A4 page, so you should do it.

    In the dropdown at the top left menu, choose "make grids to Photoshop".

    Click OK at the bottom right to complete the creation of grid and out the filter.

    Try disabling the Aeros theme by selecting one of the Classis customizing the Windows desktop themes.  This seemed to solve the problem for me.

  • Vanishing point of irregular contours

    Weather work high res or low res, I get heavy aliased edges around work that I paste into the filter vanishing point. The work also looks crap after the downward revision. Quite pixelated, even to a smart object as a starting point. Any ideas what's happening? I'm on CS6. TIA.

    Please post a screenshot illustrating the problem.

  • Where can I find the filter vanishing point?

    I seem to be vanishing point filter in the filter section.

    Go ahead and delete the settings file. The vanishing point option should be there at 16.  In 2015, CC, but I don't know if it is 16 bits at the time of the CS6. Try a 8 bit RGB file and see if it is there.

    If it does not always show upward, I recommend a reinstall. You can uninstall first and use the cleaning tool.

  • vanishing point is gray

    I have it! Not only your file must be 8 or 16-bit, it must also be RGB!

  • Cannot move the text in plan Vanishing Point

    For some reason any when I select some text and try to paste it into a plan of vanishing point, the selection ends up 200% longer than what it should be, and I can not move the text layer in the plan. Screenshot attached.Vanishing-Point-Problem.png

    After pasting the text (or whatever it is already copied to the Clipboard before entering Vanishing Point) in Vanishing Point, there is no reason why you cannot turn freely it adapts to your chosen size and the report l / h.  If the text or object is too big, and FT handles are outside the plane of VP, just do slip down so you can see the upper handles, to scale down and slide it in position.

    Note: when you use FT Perspective on any object (I mean outside VP), he tends to exaggerate the 'length' because that's how we would probably see the object in real life.  I have nearly the only time where I actually click right and choose one option in FT, because it's so easy and fast to Ctrl (Cmd) make dragging a corner or manage a health perspective.

    Unfortunately you get only basic FT size options and the proportions to the bosom of the VP, which is too bad, because you cannot distort your object to encapsulate apparently on a surface curve.  I added a few FT string to this text before it is applied within the VP.  I suspect that miss me a thing or two with VP, I don't use it very often, so I'd love to hear it from someone who has really under control?

  • Change the brush shape in Vanishing Point

    I can see how you can change the diameter, hardness, etc. in Vanishing Point, but I don't see how to change the shape of the brush. Somehow, become a very thin oval shape. How can I change to a circle?

    The shape of the brush depends on the angle of the plane. More tilted is the plane, TVs the circle becomes to adapt to the perspective of the plane.

  • 3D vs movieclip stage vanishing point

    So now, I realized that no mater what I do. my 3D vanishing point is in relation to my details of scene and not my movieclip.

    I'm trying to move my movieclip 3D from one point of the stage to the other, but with the prospect strong that I have, I don't want to change. I want to move and preserve his point of view and does not change its form.

    Any help here?

    Use the projectionCenter to a perspectiveProjection instance property to change a vanishing point of objects:

    var pProjection:PerspectiveProjection = new PerspectiveProjection();

    pProjection.projectionCenter = new Point (mc.x, mc.y);
    mc.transform.perspectiveProjection = pProjection;

  • Flash CS4: change of MovieClip 3D vanishing point

    Is it possible, using Flash CS4, to change the vanishing point (IE projectionCenter) of a MovieClip? Or can Flash CS4 only set the stage vanishing point? It seems when I change from inside a MovieClip that it changes at the global level, which is not what I want.

    I found I can use AS3 with PerspectiveProjection for change when running, but I don't see the affect in Flash CS4, that allows to make the incredibly heavy real animation.

    6 years later - I expexct you found a solution now.

    If not for somebody else, I had the same problem. Click the clip with the 3D scene transformation, and then look in the property inspector. Open the section drop-down menu called "3D Position and view" and then, you can set the Vanishing Point - and Yes, I mean the vanishing point, not the registration point or anything else. You can also set the Perspective Angle, impacting on the "strength" of the perspective effect.

    Check out this link by Mariko Ogawa for a more detailed description, where I learned how to do this.

  • Orientation of the Vanishing Point

    I spent many hours using Adobe resources to help me with "Vanishing Point." However, I can't find something that fits to my problem (probably an oversight on my part). The majority of the time I create an image into VP and import it, it seems to be lost in space (or I am...). The orientation of the Gates does not seem to be aligned with the camera, and I do not see the image I did in PS. Yes, I try to move and rotate layers and who works on simple projects, but not on others, I can't work. Is there a way easier, or better to import my project so that it is oriented correctly? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    The failure here is, that VP only in 3D matchmoving said one track not calibrated, i.e. It calculates simply some camera that corresponds to the current view and using quite strange and weird values orientation space, further complicated her without taking account of the curvature of the lens and the results as well sometimes very producers, which , in the strict sense, are completely false. The absence of a coherent area of 3D is really a fundamental flaw in Adobe, including the AE applications and Psalm I'm afraid that there is really no good solution to your specific problem. As a minor, make sure that document in PS settings match your parameters of subsequent comp in AE and try to find the most appropriate reference PV plan. Everything is indeed a lot of manual violin. Of course, you can always consider alternatives such as a tool of matchmoving appropriate 3D (SynthEyes, Boujou, PFhoe Pro, PFTrack etc.), but these things then cost extra money...
