I'm running a pc Windows 10 (spec below) and have problems to export projects like MP4.

I initially downloaded trial version of first 14 elements, created a second 6 video and successfully exported a MP4 (the piece of MP3 music, I had included did not play, but I think it's a limitation of the trial version).

After this success, I bought the complete product and tried to re-create the MP4, it failed with the first error 'Adobe Premiere Elements has stopped working' and error 1000 has been created in the application log:

I retried several times without success, normally with the same error (at various times in the export process - sometimes it takes 90% full) or, Alternatively, the whole PC to hang or restart (I also tried to make minor modifications and re-register with the full version more remove all rendered files).

I then tried to create a new project with a different video content and who do not have to export.

I tried from my pc with minimal services (System Services more than the services of Adobe) and no project would export MP4.  I then started without System Services and the new project has actually exported successfully but not one created in the trial version (I think it was a "fluke" however).  I also tried to export with no other applications running.

To create the MP4 I finally break the project down into 8 short projects, export them as MP4, create a new project, adding them back in and adding music.  Who then exported successfully a MP4.

I use the recommended MP4 export definition 1280 x 720, but have you tried lower resolutions too.

I have also tried exporting as a MT2 (HD1080), this succeeded and I'll then return to first export an MP4 with success.

I don't think that my video is complex: it is market day, created on a GoPro Hero 3 in MP4 format.  There are about 1 hrs shooting in several clips and I extracted about 20 clips to create the 6 minute film.  There are transitions between each clip.  I used some video stabilization, but not on each clip.  There is an MP3 to add music.

I looked at the performance of the PC while exporting (via Task Manager) and PE used about 80-90% CPU and 30% of memory.  I checked that the drivers and devices/system apparently are aware.

I have 7 of QuickTime for Windows 10 installed.

I tried to uninstall PE 14 (including preferences) completely and reinstalling without effect.

    The PC specification is:

    AMD FX-9590, 4.7 GHz, 8-Core, Vichera, 220W, AM3 + CPU, retail

Zalman CNPS9900 MAX CPU Cooler - Blue LED Fan multiformat

    120 GB Samsung SSD (System)

1 TB WD Black 7200 RPM drive HARD (data)

    2 x 4 GB nVidia GeForce GTX 970 PCI - e 3.0 VGA card

Performance with balance of speed & acoustics (up to 4.2 Ghz)

3-year RTB repair under warranty, parts 1 year, 1 year collect money

    XFX 850W XXX Edition 80 + Bronze semi-modular PSU

I am very new to this video please forgive me if I'm missing something obvious to this problem, or I should have provided more information to facilitate troubleshooting.  Any suggestions anyone can give would be very welcome.

    Hi ATR

Thanks for explaining, on the Intel HD graphics card, I have disabled hardware acceleration.

I created another video and exported successfully as a MP4, so I think my problem is solved.  Thank you very much!

  • Why is there no way to export HQ mp4?

Why can't I export an mp4 in high quality directly from first or same Media Encoder?

As it is, I have to export in Animation codec and then use mpeg streamclip to make a mp4 which is not useless.

Format MPEG4 is limited in its options. You can select the profile: Advanced Simple option button and allows you to adjust the level up to 5. Which again you will get at 720 x 480, however. As Jim and shooternz mentioned, you do not want to set format to the H.264 format, which allows much higher settings. Example screenshot for example.

  • Panoramic scene vibrates when I export to MP4...?

I export a video of FCPX via the compressor, and it has a scene in it which is a panoramic scene.

I can not it looks well.  It vibrates as he pans.

Someone at - it advice on how to improve this scene, what settings (adaptive details etc?)  I used Retiming better and better and better, better resizing and both give similar poor results.

The original is not bad.   The original is 720 x 576 interlaced PAL 25 fps.  The MP4 file is Progressive 640 x 480, 25 frames per second.

    Any advice?

    Compressor settings:

    MultiPass H264

    Main

    CAVLC

    4125 Bitrate

    Quality: high

    Best/better

PPanning is always heavy - and especially so for interlaced material. I suggest two steps. Start by importing a Pro Res 422 version with noChanges in the settings. Then use it as a source file. Assign to CABAC entropy and all other settings for better.

    Russ

PA: draw progressive if you have the. Option.

How to export CC animate a MP4 file?

File/Export/Export video will give you a MOV file, which you can compress and then to MP4 using Adobe Media Encoder.

  • Export to MP4 with marker

    Hello

I have a video tutorial with several chapter. I don't want to export it as a drive. I want to export it as mp4 for computer file. I know, for example Windows Media Player can handle the marker. How to export the project with the markers to allow him to move the marker to the next marker?

I read that it is possible with an external tool like Drax - but it is also possible without using an external tool?

    Best regards Thomas

Premiere Elements is not capable of producing MP4s with markers, Thomas.

  • problem of aliasing on exports of mp4

    Hi all!

I'm working on an animation in After Effects, I did not know where the animation will be played, so I worked it in HD, 1920 x 1080.

So when I want to export, I put my composition to the render queue and I export it in the optimal settings, QuickTime format. So far there is no problem, but when I send to validation (with a webplayer) people I need a resolution of 800 x 450, so I put my QuickTime export in Adobe Media Encoder, set the resizing, choose format H264 (VBR 1, 3Mbits/s) and I made the file.

But after rendering just the problems... Problems of aliasing big! I have try 10 or 15 way to export it, with different formats, different sizes, different codecs... Nothing, but just this bad stairs made from pixels:

(original .mov, played in QuickTime format)

    anim.png

    (mp4 exported played in QuickTime)

    anim2.png

(mp4 exported played in windows media player)

    anim3.png

In a web browser, the aliasing is just too dirty, worse than in windows media player... You know a way to export an After Effects animation in .mp4 without aliasing problem?

I hope that someone will explain to me what is this mess, I thank you in advance! :-)

    Thomas

Fringes in compressed images mean that the contrast is too extreme and it causes the signal feedback or clipping in the compression algorithms. At best you can try to adjust the colors and Desaturate them a bit, but quite honestly - large uniformly colored surfaces will be always problematic. It will simply hand works the MPEG compression. Add a bit of noise could help, but if not, you will have to live with this limitation.

  • Part of my video is missing when I export to mp4

I know my way around photoshop illustrator indesign etc but I'm kind new to the after-effects. Im working on a project and have been sent a video mp4 to work on. I imported the video on my project, so I can add text etc. Everything is fine and I like when I'm working on it, but as soon as I have the export queue the Media Encoder, I support on export and I can see it in the window of loading but then all of a sudden the video that I imported disappears, but the text is still there? I returned a checked the length of the clip and made sure his in the right position and everything seems as it should. I don't understand why when I play the video in after effect its fine all but just when I export its losing half of the imported clip but everything else is still there so it is not only the fact that the entire video is the short cut. I know that this is not the best description of a problem because I'm not very good with the technical terms, but if anyone can help it would be much apprechiated

Based on the information at hand, here's a band-aid.  Maybe:

Open the computer.  In the timeline panel, press the home key, then press the 'b '.  Press the end key, then press the "n".  You have just reset the AE area to the length of the model.  Now try rendering again.

And because EI is more sensitive than other applications of discrepancies in the version number, version of the os, hardware, memory, etc.  It definitely helps to watch it:

FAQ: Should what information I provide when you ask a question on this forum?

And because the AE does not work like other apps and is by no means not intuitively usable with no success, it is specific help:

    Getting started with After Effects (CS4, CS5, CS5.5, CS6, & CC)

Learn the underlying principles using AE and learn how AE 'think' will help a lot.

  • Trying to export to MP4 but first pro takes to long.

I try first pro for the first time. I need to be able to export the video to MP4. exporting the video finally but takes too much time. about 15 minutes to export a 13 minute video. each export starts just fine until the file reaches 100% then it is only here for a long time before finally to complete the export. is it because of my computer? Using a windows 7 with a intel core i5-3350 cpu @ 3.10 ghz, ram 64 bit OS 8.g. and a nividia graphics card

Your hard drive questions helped me to find the problem. the video files are stored on network drives that I have to connect to. I started to export to my desktop and the problem was solved. Thank you for your help...

  • Export .fla .mp4 or .mov without lowering the resolution

Then... I made a flash animation, and I would put it in imovie.

It seems to me that I can't put swf files in imovie, so I "Export using quicktime Film" do a .mov or a .mp4. But after export, the videos seem to always horrible.

Is there a way to get around this?

    Thank you.

I don't know, but a .swf will open in After Effects. If you create a new publication with the .swf, you can export to any type of file you want.

If the problems in getting export to go in his term, then please give all the details of your export settings, media source, project settings.

Remember, .mp4 is just an extension of file (format wrapper for compression of video and audio from the file). So, depending on your needs, you may need to consider video and audio compression as well as file extension in your decisions.

    As for the roads...

  • Export to MP4 off Flash

    Hello

The fact that this was not put in place a shocked me a bit, but with all the MP4 use there (H.264 encoding) for iOS and - with compression capabilities great web, I'm surprised it isn't a native way to export directly to MP4 off Flash. Really, it increases the production time and increases hours when using the After Effects or export a MOV/AVI/FLV/FLA and using methods adobe media encoder. Is there a way to rationalize this sort it will export just as it would any other video (using Adobe Media Encoder). I noticed the CC version adds a feature that can do the trick if you can actually export the encoder and a series of conversions of MP4 in queue. It would be a great help if this is the case, but isn't that how it will work? Please inform, because I always use Flash for a lot of animation and the batch processing of multiple Flash files would save a ton of time (and reduce errors).

    Thanks in advance for reading,

    Peter

If you have installed quicktime, cc will be able to export a mov directly to the soul.

  • Maximum file size for export to MP4?

    Hello

I'm not able to export 2 hours of HD video in standard MP4 file. It seems that, to reach 100% export algorithm gets in a loop. I waited for hours and still had seen progress with exactly 100% the size of the final file on hard drive to be 0 bytes. I use CS5 on MAC OS X, I had to split my calendar of 2 parts and export them separately (which is annoying). Is there something like the size of maximum file to export? I guess that video 2 h would have about 25-35GB.

    Thank you

    Jiri

indicating always the coding is running.

It is possible that the SOUL is simply multiplexing audio and video in a single file.  Who can take a long time.

  • Export to .mp4 format?

I am using first Elements 9 and I wonder how to export my video in .mp4 format without losing resolution? (I won't tell to .mpg)

According to: http://kb2.Adobe.com/CPS/862/cpsid_86248.html , I should be able to, but no luck here.

    Thanks in advance!

Try the adjustment of the sharing/laptop/iPad device and see what you think of the results.

This setting produces a high quality, compact and nice mp4 file. At most, they may have to install the free Quicktime player - but probably not.

  • How to export an mp4 in high quality with file size reduced? could someone teach me the specific parameters?

I'm going to export a video 720 with about 70 MB file size, is this possible?

I came up with the right setting finally. Thank you guys.
