  Say I need a framework for the jpg quality 60% of Illustrator export using the export feature screens... How do I do that?

  Currently, there is not a way to change the quality settings of default jpg export for screens. Save for the Web, or export to as long as options to always allows you to specify the quality setting for jpg files.

• Export illustrator files in Comp CC

  Can you export your Comp CC files, so that they are always editable with the text and everything?

  COMP CC is only designed to go from your mobile device to Illustrator CC, CC InDesign and Photoshop CC. It does not work the other way around, sorry.

  The option is only save you as or save a copy in the format I.

  Its purpose is to create a file PDF file inside HAVE.

  If you save as PDF, you have the additional option preserve Illustratot editing capabilities, which creates a file HAVE in the PDF file.

  Whatever it is, you get a file in both formats, with some differences.

• Export Illustrator v19 broken SVG.

  Yesterday Illustrator 18.1.1 exported SVG correctly. I needed to reopen the App three or four times by crushing at startup, but export SVG worked.

  Today 19 Illustrator does nothing. Well, the header of the file is there. No content.
  Same thing for every other artboard in the document (document even where it has been saved the file 05 of)

  I don't know if I'd be happy to the AI not to crash so often as before.

The creative cloud application checks the update once a day, so you may see the update immediately.  If you want to force the check for an update at the beginning please logout and log back into the creative Cloud application.

  Should be OK to create your image in the respective pixel dimensions, and then export to 72 dpi.

• drawing in flash and export Illustrator files

  I use to be able to draw or modify drawings in Flash and then export them to a postscript or swf file so that I could keep changing them in Illustrator. These characteristics seem to miss and I don't understand why. Surely, these are the characteristics that have been used by other users. So the function of printing image went Flash and that's where I could contain my vector drawing as postscript or PDF, and now I can't do more than anything. In Illustrator, I use to be able to open the .swf files and I can't do that. Is there a go-around? Why take such a good thing away which is so useful to artists and designers?

  Flash Pro CC 2014 (v14.0.0.110) is now available for download via the Web App Cloud and Adobe Creative site.

  We have added the function Export SVG to Flash Pro with this new version. You will now be able to export the contents of the vector of the image selected as an SVG image, which can be opened directly in a browser and even imported into Adobe Illustrator.

  Option to Export SVG are accessed through the parameters of publication as well as via the Menu file > export > export Image option.

• Colors change when exporting Illustrator to Fireworks

  How can I get the colors to stay exactly the same?

  I have a. EPS file designed in Illustrator with gradients, etc.  I do file - export to TIFF, 800 dpi.  I then opened tiff in Fireworks and the colors are slightly different, particularly gradient shading.  How can I get to stay exactly as they were designed as one. EPS Illustrator?

  Has no way of export, or change the color profile in Fireworks, it of a RGB depending on the application and cannot simulate CMYK.

  It has functions of export to save in tiff format but except it has no color management capacity.

  I don't know why you are importing the file have the fireworks in the first place if yu intend to press >

  Why not just stay with Illustrator and export the file if you want in a tiff or psd file or just leave as an AI fie or save as pdf.

  Does anyone know in AI CS4 how to export layers to separate the .ai files? Or third-party plug-ins to do the same thing? Preference, retaining the name of the layer to the new file name.

  I have a file .ai laminates with 40 layers of versions of logo that I need to export separate files and I would avoid the obvious "save under" and delete layers road.

  Try this. Cut and paste into a text editor and save it in a text file with the .jsx extension. You can either place them in your AICS4 > Presets > Scripts folder and restart AI or run all from file > Scripts > other Scripts.

• Extraire extract text from illustrator for translation, and then replace with translated text

  I am trying to find a way to speed up the translation of our designs.  Each drawing has a series of legends indicating what's this piece of the drawing by the text.  I would need to do hundreds of drawings for each book.

  Issues related to the:

  1. can I write something to a batch file and extract the file name and the text of each textbox so that when I get back translation, I can automate the reintegration of the text translated to its appropriate field (i.e. TextField1 = 'Translate' and then fill in the exact field even with 'Translation')?  For that, I think that each text field should be marked with a unique identifier so that it know what translation goes where in the drawing.  Don't forget, I'm ok with marking manually each textbox if necessary.

  2. assuming that the above is possible, what would be the best program to write the extracted text so that reading and writing the text translated again in the drawing is as easy as possible (Word, Excel, PDF)?

  Scripting is not necessary, but it could be used, let's say has a decorative 100 pices of text all in English, you select one at a time and make dynamic (variable1, variable2... do variable100). Once you have all your variables, you capture a data set, this set of data (an xml file, like BilingualText.xml), then likely the xml to include your translated text and import export Illustrator. Now, you will be abel to switch between English and the translation.

  or if you don't need to switch between languages, simply export the file something like English.xml, then have it translated and saved as Spanish.xml for example and load the file each time its needed.

• SVG not transferering/broken link

  You have the weird problem, my svg files don't load once the site has been published on my ftp.

  Browser (s) shows a broken link pic. In my ftp program, I can see that the file has been downloaded. It's just that the browser does not recognize the links. I do not know.

  In preview of Muse mode, everything seems fine. All other graphics, fonts format JPEG etc. transfers very well. Using Muse cc x 2015.x

  Come on, Adobe... pull together your freaking. You have a thousand different applications. It's all a huge mess of weird programs, a bit useful that only do one thing each. Absolutely no reason for this. How about only two or three who do what it takes? There isn't even the possibility in Adobe Draw to change the brushes. What is the reason for the limitation? You're already forcing .svg export Illustrator CC. So, even as a free app, you can make much more feature-rich. He doesn't have to do any little thing that Illustrator can do. We are working on the parity of the function on mobile platforms, for good many of these features will be in the app. Regarding files .ai bringing circulation to continue to work... it's a feature that can be on the road a bit; many people ask, but I've not heard of when it can be included in the application.
