  Your best bet would be at this point to go to the file. Identities and setup a new identity.  This will give you a base of messages remained totally fresh.  Once it is installed, and then use file | Import | Messages and import them from the old identity.  Its a good idea to backup the message store also, as seems to be somewhat corrupt.  See also point 3 here (www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3) that corruption could be due to interference from other programs.

  Media Encoder crashes when exporting from Premiere Pro. I am the queue several files to export and Media Encoder will crash. The computer system has 32 GB of RAM and videos of export fine in first, but which requires export each individually. Each video file turned down and some can be quite long (more than 3-5 hours). Nothing else is running on the computer that take over memory.

  Please try running SOUL while now Alt + Ctrl + Shift for Windows or Alt + CMD + Shift for Mac.  This resets the preferences settings and can help.

  I'm running 9 servers Citrix with about 300 daily users.

  Servers are running Windows Server 2003 64-bit, with Citrix Presentation server 4.5.

  Since the last time that I've updated (Adobe Reader, Flash Player and Windows updates), he had a problem when you try to print from Adobe Reader.

  First of all, I have installed Adobe Reader 10.1.2 and when users tried to print, then planted program.

  Then I tried the upgrade to Adobe Reader 10.1.3 and the same problem occurred.

  Then I tried downgraded to the same 10.1.0,.

  Finally, I tried and old version 9.5 and again, I get the same error.

  I also tried to disable the protected mode, nothing works.

  No matter what I do, I always get this crash when you try to print.

  The funny thing is, if I do a new install of Adobe Reader 10.1.3 then printing works fine, until users connect to the server.

  Then it will work ever again, unless I have do a reinstall.

  The program crashes when you type preferences.

  Help!

  I've now changed my PDF Reader Foxit Reader on my servers and everything works great.

Since the updates of Windows 10 (for last year), it has been a weird condition after another... Do you know why the media.wmf.enabled false setting solve the problem?

  Besides I don't know what a Windows n-version. What I have is: Windows operating system 10 Home Version 1607 build 14393.447 Ram 8 GB operating system 64-bit processor based on x 64

  Problem:

  Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder CC constantly crash when I try to export the sequence of a project which is roughly ~ 25 minutes in length, H.264.

  The effects are used throughout the project, but only the base dissolves and black-and-white/contrast effects. Images comes from several sources, but all of the same mp4 file and type frame rates. There are also several PNG files in the Assembly, including the one I used to "frame" the movie to make it look more like images from other sources. Yet once, nothing complicated, not even a long dissolve (dissolved all is literally 2/24 frames in length).

  Split the video into sections and exporting separately are no problem, even when comparing a relatively short section of 4 minutes for a much bigger and more focused on the effects of section 11 minutes. Needless to say, I really, really, really prefer does not export this video into sections. The intended destination is youtube, and I just want everything in an own mp4, not two 12-minute videos.

  After some digging, I found similar problems reported on these and others and was especially deplore the possibility that my power supply is not large enough to cope, but it's still very confused. My MacBook is not 'stop', and as far as I could see, the Iris Intel Pro should have been sufficient even without a graph 5100 graphics adapter Pro 5200 or; as in the past I've already exported MUCH larger files, ranging from 35 to 85 minutes.

  solved by downloading latest driver for Nvidia CUDA for Mac - really just a problem with the Mercury playback engine. Guess OpenCL was not simply cut to get the type of work I was doing.

  I recently installed Windows 7 and the CC-Apps PremierePro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Speedgrade.

  When I try to export any video from first to the first Media Encoder crashes without an error message. The problem is not the project: I created several new projects and even if I don't have that one Photoshop file in the scenario that I try to export: first goes down. When I export directly from first it works, but there is no chance to go via media encode. The strange thing is that I can export AfterEffects the encoder to media without any problems...

  Does anyone have an idea?
