• Problem installing photoshop cs6 download.

  I uninstalled my photoshop cs6 my last machine a few months ago. I decided to install photoshop cs6 today from the Adobe Download Center (I don't have the original installation). I went through the installation process and a key of my paper in, but it would be not installed CS6. It would give me only the option of EXTENDED CS6.  Belongs to Photoshop CS6 regular version Download now? Shouldn't I be able to "downgrade" extended to the regular? Is there another download from adobe? I don't want to buy a subscription of clouds, as I am very good with my CS6.

  I do not understand how the image you show relates to your problem of having a better version of the software than what you say you bought.  You will need to contact the Support from Adobe to see if they can work on what is the problem, but I don't think that they will be considered a problem if you get more than what you paid for.

  I do not understand why you mention Photshop elements... CS6 could not have summer buy an update to Photoshop Elements... it was never in the upgrade path as far as I know.

  I just bought a new laptop (mac book) and would like to access my photoshop cs6 on it. I had been using cs6 on my iMac and I have my serial number. But all I see is now on monthly plans and I don't see where I can download it again to the new computer.

  .7z is a compressed file that can be opened in an extraction software. If you are using a windows machine, you can use the software Winrar, Winzip or 7z to extract the .7z file.

• iSoftware Photoshop CS6 download failed.

  July 8 to download to new computer Windows 8.1, I bought the software. iSoftware contains a link and an activation code. I use a wireless broadband dongle. First attempt failed after about 800 MB of 1.2 GB when the connection detaches. Second attempt failed when Smartscreen interrupted. At this time, I was too short of data allowance to try again before this morning, July 14. I sent two emails to iSoftware last week telling them of the problem, no response, but they were delivered. On 9 July, I noticed that my account broadband had used 300 MB of data without my fault anything and a folder marked 'Adobe Photoshop CS6' was on my desk. Double-clicking on who did not open the program but did not show the components. From there on, I was able to grasp the iSoftware on registration pages Adobe activation key. The program continued to load but was incomplete. This morning, I deleted all the previously downloaded components and tried the link with an allocation of updated data. No response. iSoftware could not access and emails that have been returned to him. Any ideas?

  The Setup is the same for the time trial version and paid. When installing the product you will be asked, enter the 24-digit key. When you enter the right key, the product will be activated and didn't like to run as a test.

  Our company purchesed Photoshop CS6 (via internet download and serial number) in Lithuania through official partner of Adode UAB Matrix. Serial number was received on May 29, 2013.

  On the invoice that we have received from the matrix of the UAB, it was written 'Photoshop CS6 commercial full download for 1-user-2 PC'

  When we tried to install the program on computer 2 serial number did not work.

  Message says "invalid serial number".

  We called matrix UAB probably 6 - 7 times and they eventually created a story that we can not install Photoshop CS6 purchesed on 2nd computer. They have just made a mistake and is not for 2, but for 1 PC.

  Now we have a reason to trust them, and my question is this:

  When you purchese Photoshop CS6 online, via a download and then receive the number series, is - this really for a single computer or two computers (with a single user)?

  As UAB Matrix stipulates that when you buy a record, so that's 2 PC. But if it's a download - so it's just for 1 PS

  Could someone from Adobe answer us it please.

  I downloaded Photoshop CS6 on my Mac.  How can I create a DVD of backup software for the future?  I know that this is possible, but I want to be sure that I have all the parts needed in case I need to reinstall the software after that CS6 is no longer supported.

  You have downloaded the software, I guess.  Just to the top of the files that you have downloaded, and that's all you need.

  Or have you downloaded using an Adobe Download Manager?  In this case it is not clear what are the files to back up.

  This happens only with Photoshop, all applications you downloaded correctly. Ironically, it is the one that I most need and tried to download/install first.

  I found that someone had the same problem a few months back. This person has found a workaround:

  I think I found a solution for this. I downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CS6 on Adobe website and installed as a trial. At some point during the installation, it has used my AdobeID. After installation, it seems to be enabled. The option to disable the software appears under the Help menu. When you click on this, it seems to have acknowledged my clouds pass and gives me the choice to turn it off. Thus, it seems to work. Adobe Application Manager recognizes in Photoshop being installed and all the other programs I need downloaded and installed properly afterwards.

  However, this does not work for me either. Freezes in the installation of the trial version.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  Go to disk-> preferences utility. Uncheck "verify checksums.

  I pay a subscription for creative cloud. Why can't I download Photoshop CS6. I spent the last two days, install and uninstall, try this try that. I need to use it! I have tried everything, including a desperate conversation with a support person online who guided me through the steps, I had already tried. Frustrating isn't the word!  I feel like Adobe are laughing all the way to the Bank. I'm laughing all the way to a neighborhood psychiactric if I get this sorted out!

  Support Adobe OK have adequately addressed this now. Looking at my case file, he suggested I have delete a Profiles folder in the folder in my library on my Mac. I delete the folder and tried installing again. This time no error '6 ' and the application exit opened OK.
