  • Need battery for Aspire 7736Z

Could you get it someone please let me know where I can buy a new battery for the computer above.  The Acer site in my country does not sell not one.  Thank you so much in advance.  Pat

    Sort,

Thanks for the reply - and I would have already except that I can't find the original battery sku, etc..  I have a spare battery that is different from the original manufacturer - so everything that I know is that it's a 6 cell, 4400mAh, 48 wts... I guess I can try with the computer model and these specifications; just thought someone might know a good site to buy batteries-...

Ah, a question I had.  In my manual for the Aspire, it indicates that unless I need to use the computer with the power of the battery that I should just use the power cord - I always said that a battery must be in place, however, I use the laptop plugged into the power supply cord, almost all the time--must be the battery?  Seems weird to leave this big hole in the bottom of the computer, seems strange.

Thank you so much sort - appreciate the answer, Pat

  • new battery for aspire 5630

I have an Aspire 5630 with a battery that depletes half an hour.

    I want to replace it.

    The battery is 11, 1V - 4000mAh.

When I am looking for a replacement, I see only a 4800mAh on-site Dutch Acer with no futher on voltage details.

A different battery supplier tells me there are 2 different types for the 5630:

    a 4400 mAh 11V and a 14.5V - 4800 mAh.

    Confusing!

Someone at - it an idea. ?

Of course, I would prefer the maximum mAh.

    Thank you

    Theo

Since it is in fact the Acer store, making sure that it fits and provides current should not be a problem.

If it indicates the appropriate system as qualified, it is.

  • It is the removable battery for Aspire V3 575 G?

Hi, I'm sorry if this question sounds stupid, but I did a search online and I can't check if my laptop (Aspire V3 - 575 G-73ZZ) built in the battery or removable battery. I have attached a picture of the back of my laptop in this post.

your laptop has a built-in battery, not removable like on old laptops.

Hello and welcome to the HP support community!

According to the 'fine print', this should work:

[1] compatible with the HP Slate products: HP 7, HP Slate7, HP Slate7, HP extreme Slate7, HD Slate7, HP, HP Slate8 Pro, 10 HP, HP Slate10 HD

[2] compatible with electronic devices up to 2A intensity - maximum output current: 2000mA (2A).

  • Battery for acer aspire one AO 725-0687

What is the battery last? Is there a capacity extended battery?

    Nice day

The battery life is of + -5 h. The actual battery life varies, depending on configuration, applications, power management settings, operating conditions and used features. Maximum battery capacity decreases with time and use. I don't see any extended battery for this model.

    Hello Fred

I'm quite familiar with Toshiba products, but, to be honest, I haven't heard that this mechanism exists, so I think that you won't be able to find it anywhere.
Best source where you can ask is closest to Toshiba authorized maintainer.

I really think that this device doesn't exist.

  • Possible to remove the rechargeable battery (battery) for a long time?

I have laptop Satellite U940. Is it possible to remove the rechargeable battery, for example, for several months, while I use the laptop with external power only? Is - harmful to the battery?

When I'm at home, I usually use the laptop with external power supply only. I rarely need to the rechargeable battery.

Of course, it is possible and you can do it, but I really put t know if it's so important. Long time ago, that it has a meaning, but today, when the laptop uses the latest battery technology something like this is unnecessary.

I have old Satellite P200 and he is 5 years old. I ve never removed battery and even now I can use the laptop almost 2 hours on battery power (depends on the supply and usage parameters).

My advice is to use your laptop with battery and from time to time it is empty. These circles are good for the life of the battery.

  • Satellite A200 use external battery

    Hi all.

I have the Satellite A200-PSAE6E, and I bought a universal external battery. But external battery cannot produce enough current to my laptop when the internal battery is not full. When internal battery is fully charged, external keeps it full and portable computer running, but when the internal battery is not complete and I plug the external battery in seconds laptop shows that it is plugged in, charging the battery, but after a few seconds, it shows only that the laptop is plugged, and battery charge.

Problem is that when the laptop is plugged in and the battery won't charge it uses an internal battery (as when it is not plugged in), and it drain the internal battery it turn off and there was still shows that it is connected. Can I define that when the laptop is plugged in, but does not charge to use external power?
I'm sure it's only the software solution.

    You ad is really confusing

I have a question; Is the external battery designed for this model of laptop and Toshiba recommends use this external battery in your laptop?

  • external battery of yoga 900

    Hi all

I have a 900 Yoga but I need to extend the life of the battery for a 35 hour trip. Ideas for an external power Bank?

    Basically just watching movies.

    Kind regards

    Alex

Good day and welcome to the community.

I see you found the thread, but please see: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Yoga-Series-Notebooks/yoga-900-travel-battery/m-p/3342482#M41798

Basically, you would need a Bank of power in which you could plug adapter/power supply of the laptop as the cable has additional contacts to carry the 20V required for laptop power/charging. So far, I have seen no banks USB power that can support this cable directly.

    Kind regards.

  • Do not charge the external battery ThinkPad T440

    Hello community,

I use a T440 with WIN8.1 machine pro, but for some reason any external battery stopped charging. This laptop is only 3 months old Lenove send me a brand new, but the result was the same, the charging symbol appears on my screen when restarting the machine and shrotly after completely stops. Now, I had my internal battery pack has changed and once again, no improvement. If any of you had a similar experience and can suggest a remedy?

just had an IBM engineer on the site and that they have was change the motherboard of the laptop. Frankly, nobody seems to know how or why the machine won't start. Since the new motherboard was installed everything seems to be in order and work very well.

  • T440s not detected on hot swap external battery

Initially I thought it was just a problem of linux.

Its the same thing on windows 8.

Remove and then reinsert the external battery and windows some extended shows two stacks when you right-click in the system tray.

The battery is detected again when I:

    Insert the power cable,

    suspend and resume

    put into hibernation and resume

    Restart

    I'm on BIOS 2.17

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Michael

For me it turned out be a hardware problem.

Catches of battery marked '1' on the back do not seem to go far enough to trigger the events of the APCI indicating the battery inserts.

I found if I removed the plug completely manually and pulled him so the battery would be detected.
