  I have just started using Firefox, but I noticed a strange "characteristic" (I don't know if this is a feature or a bug, so the quotes). I'm used to the opera, and that is where by when I double click on some text, the text will be automatically selected. Firefox does something like this, but for some reason any I don't yet understand that it adds extra space at the beginning or at the end of the selection. It is a problem for someone like me who, for work, did a lot of copy / paste. I use web software that doesn't tolerate extra spaces and this feature/bug will end up causing some problems.
  Is it possible to change this behavior so that it behaves more like all my other computer programs? Your help is greatly appreciated.

  Well, unfortunately, the solution did not work. I guess it's back to the opera, as seems to be the only browser that has the features I need. Too bad.

• Help with Business Catalyst Web forms and Adobe Muse.

  I created a websform to connect to a secured using catalyst of the business area. I glued the webform html in Adobe Muse. After the publication of my site. The websform that I created in BusinessCatalyst is deleted, but I can see all the forms I created using Muse in the section of the online form. Y at - it a fix for this problem? Thank you

  When you publish the site of Muse, forms created in British Colombia are replaced by default. However, there is a workaround solution. Once you have created a form in British Colombia, please insert on a page and once the interface. A folder will be created in the CRM for this shape. Now when you publish the site of muse, it will not delete the form of BC.

• Pulling in Flickr in Web App with Fancybox

  Hey there,

  Could you help me with a quick thing. I like to shoot in a group of flickr images in a fancybox window using business catalyst web apps so that the customer can add new galleries.

  This page shows you an example of what I'm looking for: http://www.jayaspin.ca/?page_id=7 but I like to shoot in flickr images instead.

  I thought you can use the web application, I used for my video here: http://www.corneliuchisu.ca/video-gallery.html but simply replace the vimeo and youtube with flickr as it already uses fancybox for the pop-up.

  I want to display sets of images from flickr in the pop up fancybox

  How could I get this? Or is there a simpler solution?

  My client is interested in Adobe Business Catalyst. He wanted to build a custom online business application. Can we build custom web applications (not ecommerce) as market of fundraising with adobe business catalyst? How will it be possible without server side personalization?  If possible, please provide access to developer documents

  The short answer is Yes, you could create a market of fundraising.  The most complete answer depends on your definition of a "Web App" and about specific features you are wanting to deliver Web application.  If you are thinking about programming custom php server-side, then, no, this isn't what BC Web Apps. Wikipedia defines a web application like any application written in a language of browser support which relies on the browser for rendering. Applications Web BC meets this definition. "The best definition in my opinion is that a web"site"is defined by its content, all in a web"app"is defined by its interaction with the user. WebApps BC framework can be used for the delivery of content and interaction with the user therefore also integrates with this definition.

  To be clear, "WebApps" in British Colombia is not for coding web applications customized to measure in the broad sense.  In fact, you do not have to do any coding at all (although having knowledge of html/css & javascript will significantly expand what you can do). Colombia-British 'Web-Apps' is a relatively basic set of configurable fields and the tools used to collect and present data.  Its main purpose is to publish "lists". i.e. the items list on which you click to display a details page.  This may not seem particularly high-tech, and it's not. But if you think about it, most of the interactive web applications, a very simple to very advanced (for example Articles; Image galleries; eCommerce, real estate ads; Labour markets; Auction sites; Business directories; Search engines) are all built around this fundamental problem. that is, they present a list of items that are related to a detail page.

  To this end, BC WebApps allows you to define a data set using all types of field (for example, text string, radio buttons, checkboxes, drop-down lists, text box, image path, links, etc.) allows the collect and publish the data however you want displayed in your list views and view detail (more view editing for content generated visitor).  Of course there are limits to what we can do. But there are a lot of innovative workarounds for each limitation. Understanding of the parameters allows a very wide range of possibilities to achieve remarkable results for your customers.  WebApp capabilities are range from the Colombia-British, wide range of features such as Member areas secure, e-commerce functions, lists of campaign etc.

  To return to your original question... "Could you build a web fundraising custom application market in British Colombia?   Yes!  You may allow visitors to the join (members of the safe zone) and then present a list (WebApp point) which is published on the site. Other visitors can view this item in the list and click to view the Details page. They can then choose any number of such further actions as defined in your WebApp structure it As... make a payment (e-commerce); Leave a comment; Like on Facebook; Tweet on twitter, save as a favorite; Send to a friend. etc.  This does not mean that everything is possible (e.g. making payments would be possible using a built-in "seamless" payment gateway). • Forms styling for Business Catalyst

  I am trying to learn to style web forms created with the Business Catalyst Web Form Builder, I can copy to a site designed in Muse and publish before JC. Apparently because I designed and continue to update the site with Muse, the only way I can create and maintain the form BC function is to paste the html web form in Muse and publish in British Colombia. This means that all the form BC style must be done in the HTML side of the Muse. Here's a simple form created in British Colombia:

  I am designing a Web page to a customer and so that they can see my work in courses/amendments that I downloaded the Web page

  for a Business Catalyst temporary site, on my account.

  However, once they are all approved/paid, I intend for the customer to provide me with their their own hosting provider FTP details.

  I was wondering, how does the transition from Business Catalyst to a different provider?

  It is as easy as just clicking on the "Transfer to the FTP host" option and go into detail? and then deleting my account Business Catalyst Web page?

• Space before

  Hi, I have this stupid thing where the text I imported the word has an extra space before and after each paragraph that I don't want. I tried the two find/replace ^ p ^ p with ^ p in the text section and find/replace ~ b ~ b + with \r in the GREP section and none worked. As you can see in this capture screen, with characters hidden, shown, it SEEMS that there is only one symbol of paragraph between each, as opposed to two. What the hell is happening here? Why I can't get rid of it? CS3! Mac!

  The only settings I did took the H3 header on opt-in and page navigation after the action to get rid of the opt in BC function as default. I tried to download the source code as well and I'm having the same problem. The web Page is here " copy " and a version of what I was creating the page to look like here is ' home ' As you can see, the 'House' version allows me to scroll past where I would have placed the shape box while the 'copy' stops at any user to parade before. I have called the shape slightly from the "development" of British Colombia under the style sheets tab and still tried to trouble shoot and get rid of the code to see if it affects something and it did not add style. For some reason only the HTML to the form is but I cannot understand what the section of the code would do that. Any ideas?

  I see that you have inserted a script tag open that you forgot to close, which generates errors on the page and prevent it from be returned correctly. You should ensure that the code that you insert in the Muse is syntactically correct.

  The dialog in English says:

  Please enter your Adobe Business Catalyst password to upgrade your account to use Adobe ID. Once upgraded, future interactions with Adobe Business Catalyst will be your Adobe ID credentials.

  You have an old account Business Catalyst that you publish to. old accounts BC used a different connection system. Before you can post on this old site of BC of Muse, you must convert your old site BC to use the newer style connection AdobeID. You must enter your password for your old login BC, then the Muse will convert your old site BC for use AdobeID connection and you will be able to publish on your site of Muse.

  To save other hours in research to do this, if you want to know how to set the Expiration Date of a custom HTML Web App point presentation shape, you can do something like this:

  You cannot set the date directly, but you can tell how many days from today, you want it to expire...

• Catalyst business for web hosting, the site has been created in Dreamweaver, it can change it in BusinessCatalyst?

  Or even not at all, it must integrate specific widgets and allow the browser edition by Muse and BC account settings, but this process is limited of course. You cannot change the structure of the page in this way, simply replace some text and images. Otherwise the only way to get fully editable character uses a dynamic system with a database, HTML files not individual, that would of course render expensive account BC pro with all the trimmings, but you still work in the frame. Anyway, without more information about what really needs be editable person cannot counsel specifically.

  Are you preview site in the edge browser? When you preview the page in the browser Muse create a local server to give you the preview in the browser. With the edge browser, there was a reported issue to access the local server.

• Web gallery for Lightroom will not download to a Muse Business Catalyst website

  I recently created a website using Muse and Business Catalyst to have as a multitude of web galleries, I will create in Lightroom.  Creating site seemed to work as well as the first addition of a web gallery.  Both exist, are accessed through a browser and work correctly.  Have now tried to add a second gallery intentionally without modification.  The site and the Gallery one are still there but when I download a new from Lightroom I get the error message "FTP transfer failed with the message"the resource does not exist".  He has obviously done but I don't know what I'm doing wrong.  I spent hours on the phone to Adobe Lightroom Helpline, but they were unable to help and said I need to see Muse equivalents, but they don't have any phone support.  Help please!

  Lightroom calls all the indexes of Web pages and subfolders between... If you have a 2nd one without picking up a new subfolder, it would be just to replace the old pages

  

  Good luck with it... I know help Adobe seems unnecessary, but sometimes they come to the rescue.
