  Hi all

  I have a really weird issue involving images with a Lumetri applied LUT and export through Media Encoder. Rendered images will come out with a massive distribution of blue color. I use CISC-c of a MkII C100 and application of color Lumetri with a LUT and then a few basic correction (no creative effects). There is no other effect applied to the images, and the exported result is not equivalent to the images without the applied LUT (so this isn't like ME is just without taking into account the effect). Export directly from the first results in video correct research, as does the export through ME without the applied LUT.

  I'm under Premiere Pro CC 2015 (up to date as that is to ME) on Windows 7 64 bit Pro, Intel Core i7-4910MQ, 32 GB of Ram, Quadro K4100M (362,13 drivers). I can't say with certainty when this problem first arose, partly because I am not using lut for a long time, but it was certainly past at least a month or two. I tried searching online on this subject, but the only similar thing I came up with that was of CS5.5 and given workaround solution was to place an effect of cropping on the video, which I have tried without success.

  Someone else has experienced this or has any ideas please? I can export directly from first as a solution, but it's not ideal at all because I can't move on to other work while it exports.

• Export from Adobe Illustrator CS6 on a PNG file-Missing Logo

  I can't export my document as a PNG. Exports of any property other than a white logo (in cash). On the screen of the Illustrator logo looks great. When I open the exported PNG file, there is no logo, just the shadow effect. Any suggestions?

  Or uncheck the box in the window > attributes palette.

  Try saving it to a file (WITH active PDF compatibility) or PDF in Illustrator rather than use an EPS.

• I can't export images to PS CS6 - always opens in 2015 PSCC.

  What is happening to others? I checked that CS6 is the destination in the Export menu, but it won't go.

  After a long discussion with Adobe reps I force quit some creative elements Cloud and reinstalled the CC and CS6 that cleared everything up.

  When you try to download a pdf file (or any file) to a Web site as a site of application, I get the spinning ball. just hangs up. My only alternative is to force quit Safari or Chrome, or what I use; then I get the error message: Dispatch Thread soft limit reached: 64 (too many threads to send blocked in synchronous operation. I tried to call apple and they did the following: restart, repair permissions of the drive, removal of Log-In Articles; so they suggested to contact Adobe, as I did, and they referred me to the communities Adobe.  Does anyone have an idea what to do here? I'm on a Mac OSX version 10.9.4

• Exported images have extra noise resembling stars

  Hello everyone, I don't know what Ive done but since I upgraded to Lightroom 5 I have a problem. I use it for images of the sky, but now when I export, Ive tried tiff, jpeg and PSD, there is a lot of noise that resembles thousands of additional stars and ruins the image. Look in Lightroom, but not when I export images. Can anyone offer some advice please. I'm fighting. Geoff

  Are you sure to optimize your settings of detail while zooming in on the image at 1:1?

• extra space strikes next to the address of the Web site

  I had just updated my Firefox to the latest version (29.0.1), and it restarted, as soon as I noticed hits extra space next to the space where you type the address of the site. The extra space seems to be the lock with the address, because I can't move the extra space when you try to customize the toolbar (like how you can't move the address). I would try the "restore default" Customize, and does not remove the space. The extra space is not the search bar, and does not seem to use the extra space, so I wonder what's the point really? or if it's a random bug?

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
