  I get an error saying "Unable to extract the files" when I try to install Lightroom CC 2015. I went to/private/tmp and found the installer and tried to run but the installation ends at 0% progress and linked me to a file summary.htm.   Charles please do not remove the installation files in the Program Files directory.  I recommend to extract the installation to your downloads folder or your desktop files.  Once installation files are extracted, you can then run the installation program to install Photoshop elements 13.
