  It's a question of how the recipients e-mail programs deal with attachments.   I am trying to get this problem because it's a situation to make or break for my prototype.

  I created an eBook of the sample using Adobe InDesign and tried to export to a SWF file to load into my project mobile flex, but the performance on the playbook is very slow and lags a lot, and I can't get any additional perfect such as page transitions, zoom, search, etc..

  So I exported the eBook as an interactive PDF, added Javascript to the PDF created to recognize commands such as the navigation of the page, find the page number, research base, zoom in/out and an interactive table of contents. I was able to get this working on the simulator of flash builder from adobe on my desk, but unfortunately the PDF does not open in the play book

  I uploaded a link to an example of project that has the code for display that loads the PDF using Stageview... everyone please if you can help me so I apprecaite it.

  It of about 4 months of work and will be a big problem if I can't get the PDF file to load.

  All the data that is retrieved from an XFA form designed will be in xml format. The question then becomes how to control the format of the data that results. By default, the xml structure will follow the hierarchy (it is the Fieldname binding or binding normal use). If you want the data to follow a particular structure (so that you can use it with other systems that have a specific format) so that's when you would use sample XML or a schema in the data connection. Then by nodes of connection in the connection data in the fields, the form knows how to create the desired structure. If the structure is unimportant, then just stick with normal links and that no data connection is necessary.

  I have a 64 page document consisting of many forms. All forms have an email address to a person who must receive this form at the bottom of the form. Is - it there anyway the user to open the pdf file, fill out the form, click on the link of the email on this page and send an email that THIS page of the PDF using the e-mail program that opens? Otherwise, they will fill this wonderful PDF dynamically, then to have to print it out and either fax or scan and email it to the person. Or, if they know how they can export individual pages and email them in this way. I assume that not all of my users will have a lot of knowledge and skills that some of them are old enough.

  I am not opposed to the step-by-step instructions on the export of individual pages, but not everyone has the latest versions of Acrobat or Pro, so I do not know if this is possible on all versions.

  It is possible, but only if they have Acrobat (any version), not if they have the free player.

  In Acrobat, you can extract a single page through tools - Pages - extract (may vary slightly depending on the version) and then submit to him alone.

  It seems you either worked on PDF Portfolios or PDF files have been attached to the document.

  If you work with PDF portfolio you will see an option to extract the PDF document.

  In case you the document have other documents as attachments, you can see the document on the right side of the screen here, you should look for an icon that looks like a logo of an attachment, if you are not able to see, it can be disabled. To show you can right click on the bar on the right where you are able to see "Thumbnail" then select the PIN to paper in the form of an attachment (icon). It will appear.

  I think that digital signatures are designed to overcome this problem.

  3. any changes to the signed PDF can be detected and discovered. You can see what was signed, and which was later changed.

  If we have old fashioned signatures "scribble" your concerns are quite right. A digital signature can be copied, stolen and put on another document in seconds.

  Expiration of certificates are also possible, but the PDF has not expired; It's just is more validly signed.

  I have an application that prints the PDF files that are stored on a network drive.

  I can print PDF files using PrintPagesSilent, which prints the file to the default Windows printer.

  However, I want to be able to specify in the VBA code if I want the file in duplex or printed in color.

  I can do this in access using the Printer.Duplex = '2' or Printer.Color = '2', but they do not change the windows default printer settings and therefore do not change how PrintPagesSilent prints.

  Can someone shed some light on how I can set these parameters to accomplish what I need.

  Or maybe another solution I didn't think.

  Figured out, or at least a work around.

  Found a VB code that can change Windows printer settings.

  All I had to do was create a module and then call SetPrinterDuplex before you print the pdf file, and then again to change it after.
