  View using intelligent native, without it is impossible. You might be able to do it using MDX in Smart View to return a set of numbers. Also, I have not yet tried, but I think that the new Smart 11.1.2.2 motion could let you do

• Extraction of several newspaper reports at the same time

  I want to extract all the journal reports on a HFM application and load them back in another. I want to do only one at a time.
  
  Is it possible to do?

  Use life cycle management in 11.1.x. You can easily retrieve several artifacts of the application and even extract their folders. When the job is run, choose file system, and LCM will generate a unique ZIP of all desired objects/reports. Copy them to the target server, and then follow the instructions of LCM for import into the target application.

  It's even easier to copy these to another application on the same instance of HSS.

  If you are on a version prior to 11.1.1, you will need a custom solution (or you can upgrade :-)

• How to map data for several members of a new Member in the new application?

  We are creating a new application with the new account codes, projects and management centres. In some cases
  several former members will map to or roll up to a new Member. Originally we used rules to convert the old APP data to the new app but how cases would be treated? Is it possible to get the data to add to what is currently in a cell rather than destroy the old values?

  There is an option in a rule in the charge to "add to the existing values" or "replace values. If you are mapping multiple members in one Member, just use the "add to the existing values.

  To define this - open state of charge and select 'Options', 'parameters to load data. Select "add to the existing values.

  Using rules of load so that it works fine, until you need to split a member in several Member - responsible rules of course this is impossible.

  No, you cannot use log_file_name_convert in an RMAN execution block.

  But you have not :)

  Just put the conversion in the pfile/spfile file, start the auxiliary database in nomount mode and duplicate the database. Your conversion rules for log files are correct. You can collect both the logfile group members in directory a target on the side of the auxiliary.

  And Yes, you will get the same number of log files on Test as the Prod.

  Report in Essbase (9.3) Script Editor I'm supposed to write an export script that is supposed to select members (entity) lowest that contain data.

  I think you ask members of level zero and you want to remove all members that have not given.

  The report sample script that I have provided above is there for that. And the alternative that is too large is Cameron dataexport. Anyway you will give members at zero level and those with data. I don't think that you need more research.

  (And again, some of us know what documents are and are not approaching the age of retirement quite yet)

• An extract version is correct, but not online

  I have a problem which is puzzeling me.

  My whole site seems correct, it's the online version (I use Firefox 12.0. (There is a display problem with Solution Explorer, but I keep that for another topic), with the exception of one element on one page, this one:

  The problem is in the large Panel. When I saw it in the same browser, everything is fine, but in the version online, the text below the video image (report by Radio - Canada thereon) is too weak in the Group of experts seems to extend too much down.

  Since the problem is on the online only version, I made sure I downloaded correctly each external CSS and JS files (I downloaded throughout the web site to be sure that I have not forgotten all the files), but the problem is still there.

  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  To begin, you have a typo in the DOCTYPE declaration

• Extraction of several classes of a SWF using contentLoaderInfo.applicationDomain.getDefinition

  I build a Flash 10 channel mixer/remixer.  Users can select a 'song' to load from an xml based on the drop-down list at the top of the application area.  In the document class, there is a function that takes the item selected from the drop-down list box and load in an external swf file, which is used just like a library for the 10 sounds of a song in particular.   I then extracted from each of these sounds by their class name ("Track 1", "Track 2", "Track3", etc.) and send them to their respective objects of 'MixerChannel '.  As you can see, the following code in the "initHandler' block is quite long and redundant.  Is there any other way/shortcuts that I can use to reduce the code a bit?

  I use planning 9.3.1. I selected 5 lines account dimension members in a Web Form. How can I assign one writable only by 2 members and other 3 Member read-only access. Is this possible. Please drop your suggestions.

  If users are going to access the data through financial reports, web analytics or the excel add-in then Yes, you need update the security filters.
  To keep everything in harmony, then it's probably best update filters.
