  Create new layer and move all other layers so that they are now under layers of the new layer. Draw a rectangle on the top layers, and then click the button mask in the layer panel. You have now created a clipping from the base of the layer mask.

I created a mask around the top of the tree by eliminating black empty space and leaving the illuminated tree. In this tree layer pans device until the night sky, but the night sky is nothing but a black blob, so I put then an image of a night sky starry (call cela 'Sky' layer) behind that tree stratum and it shows through the mask area found (just as I want to). The problem is that I want this starry sky to go with my pan camera. It was easy to do with the mask on the layer of the tree, but I have no idea how to get the sky layer to follow this same path of retouching. Please, someone show me how easy it is. Haha.

  It depends on how you created your way. If it was with a mask, you can not. Layer positions cannot follow the positions of mask.

  I'm experimenting Photoshop Elements and wanting to use a layer of black and white (gray scale) I did as a mask of a another layer and do not know how to do in elements.  In Photoshop, I could do it (there may be a better way to do it in PS, but I've not yet discovered)...

  Click on the layer, I created that I intend to use as a mask

  Select all

  Copy

  Select the layer that I want the mask to be applied to the

  Click on the button Add a mask layer (bottom layer)

  Click on the mask icon so it is highlighted (and is not the image)

  switch to the channel display

  highlith the layer mask in the R, G, B of the layers and make it visible

  Switch to layers.

  This works and retains the full range of transparency for the semi transparent and soft contours of mask etc.

  Otherwise, I can choose a range of colors, but this doesn't seem to be available in PS Elements.

  After you have added your layer mask, Alt (Option) click on the thumbnail of the mask layer in the layers panel, and then edit > paste.

  The mask you need to an alpha channel. If you have just drawn for the head shape layer then you do not have an alpha anywhere, but at the time.

  You will need to complete the form and duplicate and use the double as a track matte for the layer of arms or you will need to define a mask on the layer of shape of arms is exactly the same size and shape of the head.

  If you need the shape of the head do not full you can disable the padding of the head and continue to use the track matte.

  If you can use the shape of the head with a fill so you can just stack the layers in the correct order and the hand will be blocked by the shape of the head.

  There are so many ways to do this kind of thing that a screenshot would be very useful.

  Here is a configuration with a matte and a hollow circle for the head. I chose the hand you see the paths. Notice how is the race behind the head disappears.

  I have a multi document layers and I don't want to flatten things to do this.

  Stamp of several layers or linked layers

  When you stamp multiple selected layers or linked layers, Photoshop creates a new layer containing the merged content.

  Select more than one layer.
  Press Ctrl + Alt + E (Windows) or command + Option + E (Mac OS).

  Stamp all visible layers

  Turn on visibility for the layers you want to merge.
  Do one of the following:
  Press Shift + Ctrl + Alt + E (Windows) or shift + command + Option + E (Mac OS).
  Hold down ALT (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) key, and then choose layer > Merge visible layers.
  Photoshop creates a new layer containing the merged content.

  Use life cycle management in 11.1.x. You can easily retrieve several artifacts of the application and even extract their folders. When the job is run, choose file system, and LCM will generate a unique ZIP of all desired objects/reports. Copy them to the target server, and then follow the instructions of LCM for import into the target application.

  It's even easier to copy these to another application on the same instance of HSS.

  If you are on a version prior to 11.1.1, you will need a custom solution (or you can upgrade :-)

  I would like to show a single line of MemberA + MemberB EN. If the values of the two members added.

  I think you have two options here
  1. If it is something that is done all the time for these two members, create a parent member or formula for them in Essbase (assuming that it is a report of Essbase)
  2 as you mentioned, bring a and B intorows, hide the lines and having a formula to add them together.

  I build a Flash 10 channel mixer/remixer.  Users can select a 'song' to load from an xml based on the drop-down list at the top of the application area.  In the document class, there is a function that takes the item selected from the drop-down list box and load in an external swf file, which is used just like a library for the 10 sounds of a song in particular.   I then extracted from each of these sounds by their class name ("Track 1", "Track 2", "Track3", etc.) and send them to their respective objects of 'MixerChannel '.  As you can see, the following code in the "initHandler' block is quite long and redundant.  Is there any other way/shortcuts that I can use to reduce the code a bit?
