  I'm trying to publish some photos on Facebook as a pole.  My account is allowed.

  But for the moment, I get a message at the foot of the Lightroom release manager saying "cannot save the changes: no Album selected.»

  If you talk about the Photos App on the start screen in Windows 8, there are bugs with how Facebook albums are manipulated and specifically incomplete recovery as you describe. Microsoft removed the Facebook with the Photos App integration in point 8.1 of Windows that will be available 10/18. If Microsoft will never fix the bug you are experiencing. I'm sorry.
