  I have problems with the Facebook app. I have the Blackberry 3 G (9330) through Sprint and I updated my Blackberry 5.0 to 6.0 software. Since then, the (Mobile site) Facebook will allow me to type in up to about 20 characters at the presentation of my status or by sending an e-mail. Once there I hit around 20 characters, the screen freezes and then he boots me out of the FB (Mobile site), and accesses the bookmark page. I reinstalled that App thought he may have not installed properly and can affect the Facebook Mobile site, but I'm still having the same problem.   After playing with the settings, I found that if you have "assistance entered through keyboard" under Options/set to predictive typing, it interfere with any data that are given in the Facebook browser and do freeze. I changed the setting to direct instead of predictive and this has solved the problem. Thanks for your help!

• Help with Facebook Mobile and the Droid!

  All of a sudden, I can't access my comments that were left on my fan page or my wall of personal profile when I use facebook mobile. I have a Motorola Droid, and it worked perfectly until yesterday. When I click on 'Comments' I get a message that says: "content not found".
  The requested page cabnnot will display right now. It can be temporarily unvavailable, the link that you clicked may be broken or expired, or you don't have permission to view this page.
  I can read the comments from my computer using facebook mobile... but not through my phone. I cleaned the cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled the browser program, made a hard reboot of the phone and refreshment hit... nothing works. I can't use Facebook touch, because I have no way to access my fan page. When I click on a link in my email address and it will affect facebook, never need me to what the link refers. This is important because this has created some things for me this page fan... so I'm completely dependent on mobile facebook. It would be really nice if you guys ever developed a program like the one for the iPod Touch... Anyway, please help! I would like to be able to read the comments!

  If you want to see the entire site, use the Dolphin browser. You can set the user agent in the browser on the desktop and you can still see the entire site. I hope this helps.

• BlackBerry Facebook Mobile Smartphones post freezes all BB

  for about 3 months, my phone was able to upload a photo on facebook and now whenever I try to upload a picture of my bb it will allows me to choose and it will download but the bb everything crashes and the white screen comes on and says "app error: reset? ' and I don't have an option but to the Click Reset.

  I hate having to reset my blackberry and more

  and I even did a master reset where all my photos contacts apps EVERYTHING was deleted in an attempt to solve the problem but it won't work.

  It is a common, well known BB fault. It's something to do with the connection between your phone and the facebook server that does not. The best thing to do is to download not through the app, but to go on facebook on your PC, go to settings and then mobile. There is something about remittances of e-mail where to send you the images in an email and published on your mobile uploads. If you click on 'Send to my email address' they will send email to your email address and then save you it in your phone. Then whenever you want to download a photo, just email.   OK, I found the solution and that fixed it.

  Go to your profile - settings - facebook accounts applications

  Find Skype in the list of applications and remove it

  Now when you start Skype, facebook stay connected

  In Firefox for my office (Linux Mint), I am able to enter a person's name and mark in a message or a comment.   I found a way to solve this problem. Install the add-on false (which allows to change the user-agent string) and set the Firefox OS user agent string. Then re-load Facebook mobile site. You should be able to tag people by entering their name now.

  So it doesn't seem to be a JS issue, it seems to be how Facebook makes the site for Firefox for Android. If do you think that you use something else (for example Firefox OS) it renders properly.

• Facebook login

  I was not able to connect to my facebook application for more than a month.  I type my email address and password and the small circle is constantly going around and around, but nothing happens.  After a looooong time the circle stops, it will delete my login information in the boxes and return the empty white boxes that say 'email or phone number' and 'password '.  No error message not developed.  I tried to restart my phone several times.  I have reset my password facebook from a computer and tried logging in to the application with the new password.  I tried to delete the app and put it back, several times.  I went in the facebook settings and in the part where it says "allow these applications to use your account: calendars, contacts, facebook", I have disabled them all.  (I read somewhere that sometimes helps.)  Did not work.  Then because it would have been absurd to not allow Facebook to access itself, I turned just the facebook back on.  Still did not work.  I tried connecting to facebook mobile browser safari on my phone and who does not.  If for some reason, it's just the application that does not work.  I am of ideas for what else to try.  Anyone else have any ideas?  And if not, where can I bring to get help?  For my company (sprint) phone to an apple store, Best Buy?  I've browsed around on facebook, but couldn't find anywhere to send an email and get assistance.  There is a place to report problems, but they specifically say that they will not send you back, it's just to help fix bugs.  Any suggestion is appreciated!  Thank you!

  Try a forced reboot: hold down the House and on the buttons until the unit turns off. Ignore the cursor off if it appears. Once completed, if it does not start on it own, turn off power with the key On. In some cases, it also contributes to double click the Home button and close all applications before restarting.

  To get help, my guess is that Sprint would be little or not useful. Apple Genius bar might be your best bet; Better purchase than if you bought it there.

  My wife is a 9810 torch which began to hang and I updated its software for os 7.1. Now facebook mobile site doesn't show any photo/picture and says it's a fb without version photo. I got the software again and it does the same thing. FB uninstalled and reinstalled and it remains the same. Can someone please help.

  There is not a place to enable or disable the BlackBerry logo.

  I think that items without the logo could have been manufactured to a BlackBerry smartphone, using the Facebook mobile site, but I have never tested the difference.
