• iPad 2 Air, iOS 9.2.1 problem with E-mail konto, automatically RIMS Konto as POP3und not imap.

  I have a new iPad 2 Air running with iOS 9.2.1.  When I try to set up my e-mail account, checking account information, it automatically installs a POP3 account und not an imap.  Is it possible I can Overrides change the outcome of this review?  Why didn t Apple let tell us them what type of account, we have and not try to do it automatically for us!

  I get a popup in Windows Mail on Vista that says "authentication failed. Please check your user name and password of the account,"follow-up of the email address. I checked the connection information and it is correct. I can send and receive email with the account, but still the pop up keeps appearing. I can't figure how to get rid of this very annoying popup.   Several people, including myself, have experienced this problem recently.  If 1and1 is your ISP, here is the solution.

  Access the utility Tray 1 & 1 EasyLogin.  Right click and then left click on "Application settings."

  In the box that opens, go down to 'Alert on the desktop' and on the left, click on the settings button.

  Remove the control box left of "Activate alert on the desktop for new mail."

  OK, OK to close, left click.

  Your problem should go away then.  It did for me.

• Thunderbird by failing to check for mail. Must be done manually. RESOLVED by 38.3.0

  About two weeks ago or so, Thunderbird stopped checking for mail. I always got it for 3 minutes and it's always worked so far. So now, I have to manually hit "Get Messages" to receive my mail. Find out how to fix this?

• Failed to download e-mail

  Failoure receipt of mail electronics hotmail downloads.  I get emails from my local ISP email, but none from outlook, which is frustrating, because it is my main account and I need to go to webmail to access.  He started a month ago download of mail a day or two late.  Now not at all.

  Have windos 7 is installed on the laptop HP Pavillion of 64-bit with all automatic updates installed.  Yesterday, I did a clean installation of the connector and still no change.  My account works fine and connectivity seems fine.  problem seems to be limited to hotmail account.  sending is OK.

  Thank you for your response. I've since found the cause and I am now able to send e-mails with attachments new!
  It's to do with the message is divided into parts - so nothing to do with Norton, fortunately.

I can open the auto save files, but only up to a certain point in my workflow.   I have a form with two fields of e-mail address. A field contains the To: address and the other holds the Cc: address.

  When the two fields are filled, the functions of e-mail as planned.

  I put the button submit to check and see if an e-mail address is present in the To: field and if this field is empty it will not submit to go further. However, when the Cc: address is missing, Outlook throws an error message saying 'Microsoft Outlook does not Null value' and ask for an address.

  How to get around this problem? There may be cases in which a Cc: address is not necessary or provided by the user.

  I would like to put it to work as long as at least an e-mail address is available in the To: field.

  The second part of the question is, given that the e-mail address fields are simple text fields, what is the best way to enter more than two addresses in a single field. Would the addresses must be separated by a comma or a semicolon, etc, to make it work with Outlook?

  If you wrap the line where you declare the oCC variable in an if/else statement:

  If (form1.page1.wrapper.Config.Email2.rawValue is nothing)

  }

  In this way if the cc field is empty, the variable is not null, it will be a string of length zero.

  From this weekend past my yahoo email stopped pushing on my iPhone and the iPad 2.  My wife is having the same problem with his email yahoo on its devices.  If I go into the mail app it will retrieve my emails.  Delete the account and readded does not.  Also set up account as "other" with the same results.  Anyone having the same problems?  I had this happen before where one device had a problem, but not all of them, and then after a few days everything was back to normal.

  If your wife is also having a problem with this and you have already remove and reinstall the yahoo account and will still question then it might be a problem with yahoo.

  Try to contact them and find out.  I just tested on my ipad and I receive a sound notification when I myself have sent an email to my yahoo account.

  When Apple will add arrows to go through Apple mail on my MacBook as the arrows on the mail on the iPhone and the IPad up and down?  So annoying that I have to close the message I'm reading and then click on this message to every time.  Keep I hope that the next update with the fix of this commission, but it never happens.

  You could always just show in the display pane.
