  Hi Tom,

  This means that your installation is corrupted and some components SQL do not settle down with it. I would advise to uninstall completely and then put it back using the installation CD you have. I hope this helps.

  Option 1: If you go to computer management, and then to the list of Services and find the VMware authorization Service, it appears as stopped? If so, you need to start

  Option 2: Try logging on as an administrator Local host during installation first workstation, rather than you connect with a domain ID

  Option 3: The question can be caused also by your security program such an antivirus or a firewall of Windows /Defender that can have conflicting parameters as to not not to perform certain tasks. I suggest you temporary disable antivirus and firewall and check the result again. You must enable security programs new that had disabled you

  Option 4: The problem could be linked to a local or domain group policy. Make sure that the local account is defined as 'local user __vmware_user__' in the local Administrators group and the permissions of "Log on locally" and "Log on as a service.

  The two parameters are available in the "* Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment *" branch of domain group policy or local.

  OK, so it's a big, dirty and convoluted issue, so please bear with me. Any help is greatly appreciated! I start tearing my hair out on this one...

  I'm on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
  UAC is set to the lowest level 2

  The other day I have problems with the search box in the start bar. It is more was to find excel or other office applications and also he wouldn't orders base as cmd or Notepad. Whenever I run a command it returns an error like this (not exact because I have the exact error message):

  I searched a little and tried to rebuild the index in Control Panel > Indexing Options. It does not work so I uninstalled Windows Search and reinstalled. What I found now, is that the indexing service would not start and if I tried manually start from services.msc I would get the following error:

  Error 161: the specified path is not valid

  The event log showed me this Application error:

  Cannot initialize the Gatherer service.

  Details:

  The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or inaccessible. Free space on the drive or verify that you have permission write to the Temp folder. (HRESULT: 0 X 80070660) (0 x 80070660)

  Your proposed solution of editing the registry is the only solution I found to this day and still work.
  The only drawback that I want to emphasize is that this fix causes completely reset to its default settings of windows search.  Customizations to search what have been done by the user (e.g., windows search indexing user customizations options) will be lost.

  I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and occasionally experienced the same error message ( windows cannot find ': search query = XXX ", where XXX corresponds to my search query) try to search through windows when start menu search box.

  Only recently, however, discovered one other cause possible/fix to this problem.
  Specifically, I discovered that the error of windows search resulting from the ADDITION of a NETWORK LOCATION on the local computer (for example, via the menu option "Add a network location" that appears when you click the file menu in a window of windows Explorer displays the contents of the local computer (corresponding to the "COMPUTER" icon). The CENTER of my computer SYNC settings have been defined to disable the synchronization of network or file 'offline' and I suspect that this setting is also part the cause of the error of research.

  To resolve this problem, simply tell windows search not to include the 'network' location in the search index.  To do this, one needs to access the settings of the windows search INDEX LOCATIONS (via Indexing Options-> change), then uncheck the box next to the network location (which on my computer starts as follows: oneindex: / / {s-1-5-21...)

  After unchecking this box, click on the OK button and then CLOSE the button to exit the Options of Index window.  After that the error message should hopefully not return.  If so, try restarting the computer and research to test again.

  Go Device Manager... Sound, video and game controllers, and see if you have triangles yellow error next to your audio devices...

  My guess would be that you need to update the drivers for your audio devices.

  You should be able to find the drivers + Support Web site for your computer model...

  If not, find the number\model Audio chip and watch there chip manufacturers website for updates...

  I don't know if the audio problem is a single chip, or is part of your graphics device...

  If you don't find anything wrong in the audio, you can check that.

  I'm testing an upgrade from version 2.9 to 2.10 so I can upgrade our 6.0u2 ESXi hosts to solve the problem of multiple appstacks slow attachment.  However, I get this error on half of my offices.  I tried both 2012R2 and for the administration server 2008R2.  It is installed with local SQL.  Desktop computers are Windows 7, floating pool linked clone.  Looks like that in the beginning it shows a "HttpInitializeRequest: status response 200 Manager (2 bytes) ': OK ' but try again"computer startup on HTTP failed: Error 1000 ".  Once virtualization fails is disabled and no appstacks cling.

  Just curious, it's someone else is seeing this with 2.10 and if you have, how solve you this problem?

  If you are using some kind of power management on the VDI? It seems as if the machine is unable to reach the HTTP Appvolumes service for any reason any newspaper which shows success connects withion a fraction of a second if the server doesn't seem to be to busy.

  Maybe you try to join an appstack that has some sort of firewall inside rule?

  This issue is finally resolved. After I compared the FORMS_BUILDER_CLASSPATH variables in the environment vs registry Variables, I found I was missing C:\Oracle\Middleware\oracle_common\doc\online_help\oracle_forms in the registry. After that I added it it still didn't fix it. Then I found that entry C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\jlib\ewt3.jar was pointing at my old House, so I have fixed to point to Oracle_FRHome instead of Oracle_FRHome1 and my forms launched immediately.   Since your not sure what the 'others' are I would recommend you to restore your iPhone. I know that you will lose all your data, but not restore from a backup of iCloud so start as a new phone. You can back up your choice and if necessary to write all your contacts on a sheet of paper and then add hide them. Depending on the severity, you want that storage

  CC cloud offer free space 2 GB, but if you bought the subscription for one of the CC app you'll get 20 GB space cloud until you have the subscription.

  Error code 24 characters for short drive Self Test (DST) would indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  It is also compatible with startup problems you describe.

  I am the administrater and the only user, the user account is disabled. I checked the register and complete the keys in Services/Eventlog 6 other tasks open OK, only the event log does not open.

  I have never used this service before, running Vista Business SP2 on a laptop HP Compaq8710p (7 years), all the drivers are up to date, I've checked for viruses and malicious software (Symantec Endpoint and Windows Defender). My HARD drive is only 45% used (55% free), 4 GB of memory.

  do you have defined external scripts in bb-bbexttab? If so, comment out for now and try to start the BB.

  If it works, add an external at the same time until you get the error

  WHT is the value of BBHOME top runbb.sh? It must be a directory, not '& BBHOME '. If it's '& BBHOME', you probably doesn't bbconfig/install to install the client.

  $ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl is a shell script which handles to define the variables of approx.
  ORACLE_HOME = / oracle/product/middleware/who; Export ORACLE_HOME

  We use below

  unset TWO_TASK
  ORACLE_HOME = / oracle/product/middleware/who; Export ORACLE_HOME
  PATH = $HOME/bin: / usr/bin: / usr/sbin: / bin: / usr/ccs/bin: $ORACLE_HOME/bin. export PATH
  ORACLE_INSTANCE = / oracle/product/gc_inst/WebTierIH1; export ORACLE_INSTANCE
  ORA_TZFILE=$ORACLE_HOME/oracore/zoneinfo/timezlrg.dat; Export ORA_TZFILE

  2.) steps to start SGD

  ORACLE_HOME = / oracle/product/middleware/who; Export ORACLE_HOME
  Starting at $ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl SGD

  or

  CD $ORACLE_HOME/bin

  . / emctl start SGD

  or
  ORACLE_HOME = / oracle/product/middleware/who; Export ORACLE_HOME
  $PATH = path: $ORACLE_HOME/bin. export PATH

  emctl start SGD

• Failed to start the dbsonsole

  Oracle version: 10.2.0.1
  Operating system: linux
  
  I was unable to start the dbconsole, and get the following error when starting.
  

  [oracle@VTL2209AD ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
  TZ set to US/Eastern
  OC4J Configuration issue. /u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_VTL2209AD.virinchi.com_ACAMAIN not found.
