Failure of connection auth page shows the error instead of the popup error page

I have a page of login.jspx (unlimited) with the user, the password fields and action button doLogin.  When I created this page it would display a popup on an authentication failure.  Sometimes, somehow this page no longer displays error popup (af:message?) on the login page and instead sends me to the error stream page task without terminals.  As I want to preserve the error page to handle exceptions not intercepted, I want that connection failures to display the popup on the login page to allow simple retries.

I appreciate any constructive input!

Here's my doLogin method:

public String doLogin() {
    String un = getUserName();
    byte[] pw = getPassword().getBytes();
    FacesContext ctx = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
    HttpServletRequest request = (HttpServletRequest)ctx.getExternalContext().getRequest();
    try {
        if (un.length() == 0 || pw.length == 0) {
            throw new FailedLoginException();
        }

        Subject subject = Authentication.login(new URLCallbackHandler(un, pw));
        weblogic.servlet.security.ServletAuthentication.runAs(subject, request);

        String loginUrl = "/adfAuthentication";
        HttpServletResponse response = (HttpServletResponse)ctx.getExternalContext().getResponse();
        sendForward(request, response, loginUrl);
    } catch (Exception e) {
        ((DCBindingContainer)BindingContext.getCurrent().getCurrentBindingsEntry()).reportException(e);
    }

    return null;
}

I found my problem.  I had a generic rule of flow with case "*" of home.jspx.  I think this caused the doLogin null return to home.jspx that bounced to login.jspx because of the security of the page.  The overall message telling me connection error has been lost on the extra jump. I removed the case and all is well!  Thank you all for you input (he says the song of the cicadas in the distance).

  • Show the popup when the selection is made on SelectOneChoice

    Hello genius!
    I'm back with another question. = D
    With the help of Jdeveloper 11 g Release 1.

    I'm showing a popup when a value is selected on a selectOneChoice component. I tried to use showPopupBehavior, but it looks like you can use that on a selectOneChoice... it works of course if I have a button, but I want to get rid of the button and just show popup when a selection is made on the selectOneChoice.

    Suggestions, ideas?

    Hello

    (1) set autoSubmit = true for the SelectOneChoice element, then create a method of valueChangeListener for the selectOneChoice.
    (2) in the valueChangeListener method, the popup can be demonstrated using the examples

  • Show the popup inside the list item (JDEV 12 c)

    Hi all

    I'm having a problem when I try to display the pop-up window on an image, click.

    Inside the image, there is the showPopupBehaviour that triggers the popup.

    It is not working properly if I put the popup on the outside of the list item, but the problem is that I need inside so I can view the attributes of each element.

    The list with the elements (each icon should trigger the popup with information components):

    Best regards

    Luis Cabaco

    The problem is not the popup, but how you load the data from the context menu.

    The popup will match every time, only data changes.

    Make sure that the popup contentDelivery has the value "lazyUncached".

  • Connection monitor extra/DVI-I connection EVS-1464 (showing the front panel)

    Hello

    Developing a Vision System using the following:

    • LabVIEW 2010 SP1
    • LabVIEW 2010 SP1 real-time
    • Vision development 2010 SP1
    • EVS-1464

    My question is:

    How can I view my front panel, running on the Exchange virtual server on a monitor connected to the DVI - I output of the EVS-1464?

    Thanks in advance!

    Roy

    Hi Roy, I'm not sure if actually read Hossein that KB or not, but she deals with the display on the front panel on the network on a Windows computer, not on via the connection of the monitor on the Exchange virtual server running LabVIEW RT.

    To answer your original question, no, it is not possible to look at the façade of standard LabVIEW on the RT system today. All the code used to display all the buttons on the Panel before the user interface, controls, and indicators are simply not present in LabVIEW Real-time and is only visible on a separate computer that is running the development environment or by using a web browser that has the plugin installed LabVIEW.

    Have a display of the UI on RT is certainly a requested feature and it would be available someday. You can see this request: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW-Real-Time-Idea-Exchange/Real-time-display/idi-p/1391108 . He has some good ideas for what other alternatives exist today also.

    However, it is a way to use the monitor on the Exchange virtual server and other LabVIEW RT systems output. Module Vision Development includes video RT on the screw that can display any image on the connected monitor. You can either display images captured from cameras or images custom overlay text and simple graphics objects (lines, circles, rectangles, etc.). It is certainly more effort than normal front panel editor in LabVIEW but it could be adapted to your needs if you want some things to be displayed. You will of course have no mouse/keyboard so that you cannot interact with any display of the elements directly.

  • Direct connection VMAgent: black / activity of the Client - logs show authentication error - please help

    If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate the help.  I have tried everything I can find for three days, and it still does not.  I think I have a problem of local authentication on the Agent of the view.  The user is included in the Remote Desktop user group and the view group Agent direct connection to users.  There is no errors in the event logs, but there are errors in the logs VDM.  The suspect is the user 'WIN7B\user' unauthorized (non-local admin).  I can't find a solution to solve this error.  The firewall is disabled.

    Symptoms: Horizon View Client makes the initial connection logon sound, black screen, time-out.  User is logged on to the remote computer after failure of connection of Horizon view, then part of the logon process ends.

    Capture of logs on the Agent computer:

    The full debug log file is attached.

    It certainly works in other environments, so it must be something to do with your specific configuration.

    I know that in the beginning, it has not been enough video RAM configured and certainly causes a PCoIP black screen.

    2015-12 - 10T 14: 29:07.819 - 06:00 INFO (1074-041 C) [wsnm_xmlapi] video driver name = VMware SVGA 3D

    2015-12 - 10T 14: 29:07.819 - 06:00 INFO (1074-041 C) [wsnm_xmlapi] video = 8 MB RAM

    It seems that this problem has been corrected, because later we see:

    2015-12 - 10T 14: 56:55.626 - 06:00 INFO (04DC - 09C 4) [wsnm_xmlapi] video = 128 MB RAM

    I also see that the modified host name:

    2015-12 - 10T 15: 03:27.050 - 06:00 WARN (04 B 0-0858) [wsnm_xmlapi] default SSL server certificate is not for this host name. The name may have changed.

    VADC itself automatically corrects the server SSL certificate, but maybe it's the other parts of the Agent posed problems that we see:

    2015-12 - 11T 09: 16:15.351 - 06:00 WARN (04EC-0CB4) authentication ticket error [MessageFrameWork]

    2015-12 - 11T 09: 16:15.351 - 06:00 WARN (04EC-0CB4) [MessageFrameWork] unable to accept the connection, authentication failed

    This does not refer to the authentication of the user customer Horizon (which is successful). This authentication is internal within the messaging system.

    Given previous problems with this Setup, I can only suggest you uninstall VADC and Agent, restart, and then reinstall the Agent and the VADC. Don't change video RAM or change the name of host/computer name.

    Let us know if that fixes it.

  • Passing the parameter of workflow with shows the http 404 error pages

    Hello

    I have a parent workflow with fragments of page deleted as a region on a page. The fragment of a page in the parent workflow displays the read-only table employees. The service Id of the table appears as a link. When you click this link, the following is provided:

    • action listener is called which calls the managed bean that retrieves this Department Id and defines in the pageFlowScope.
    • Pass this value as an input to the child workflow parameter. Child workflow contains its display type is inline-popup page.

    The problem is that when there is no parameter passed to the child workflow the popup is fine. But if the parameter is passed it gives the following error:

    ADF_FACES - 60105:HTTP error state Code: 401.

    Parameters passed from parent to child, such as:

    #{pageFlowScope.DepartmentIdBean.value}

    (DepartmentIdBean is the bean class that gets and sets the Id selected Department)

    Parameter received in the child as workflows:

    #{pageFlowScope.pdeptId}

    Can someone please help me solve this problem? Is that the path parameter is spent creating problem? The same scenario works very well if the child workflow is invoked with fragments of page and like exterior window. I use JDev 12 c.

    I looked at the code and modify it to make it work. There were a few errors. the way main reason you got the error was that you tried to read the non-existing parameter values.

    What is the meaning when it shows the HTTP errors on my web page. Thks

    There are so many different HTTP errors as described in the following page that it is difficult to answer your question without the specific errors that you receive as well as other important information. Many HTTP errors indicate a problem on the server you are trying to connect to and you have no control over them, or a problem on your system. again, this depends on the specific error.

    List of HTTP status codes
     http://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes

    You can also consult the article below in order to provide enough information if you receive a better response and possible solution. It is useful to know the exact version of Windows Vista (including 32-bit or 64-bit) and service pack level, the brand and model of your computer, that's what you try to do the legwork, which program (browser and version) you are using and the results you receive, including any message (error) you can receive Word for Word.
