  I completely deleted Firefox 17.0.1, deleted my (firefox), reset firefox profile using menu troubleshooting.   There are very few reports recent crash with this signature, they could even be your plant. If you follow the suggestions in the article I linked above there is not much that can be done easily. You should try discount the possibility that the cause is malware by scanning with several updated tools.
