  Event scripts are only available for the data loading process.

  If you want to use any script before and after the writeback process, you can create a batch and assign the custom script before and/or after the rewrite rule.

  I'm writing a VI script, which will focus on a structure of the event in another VI and fill the event with registered user events connected to the dynamic Terminal structure.

  I use the 'SetHandledEvents' invoke the node and the wiring to the terminal of dynamic events.

  In my example VI, I created 3 num event user, Boolean, and string. I can right click and add the event very well to the structure of the event. Now, if I remove any of the event and run my script I can add a dynamic user events. If I change the number of gegistration event from 1 to 2. I get error 1. The case of the event is created, but it is not configured for any event.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The user 1 problem script error event should be fixed in LabVIEW 2016. DQMH did a lot of event scripts, but it cannot automatically configure event framework names... the user must do this manually for now.

  We want to exploit the event Script to load the data validated MDF for a standard template so that users can make some adjustments and then load the same data through the FDM?   Someone please any idea how we could run a clear Essbase database before the data is loaded, and not after we have charged for up-to-date data? And maybe about why event scripts above seem to be fired twice? It doesn't seem to be any logic to this!

  James, the scripts export and the Load event will fire four times, once for each type of file: the. DAT file (main TB file),-A.DAT (log file),-B.DAT and - c.DAT.

  To work around this problem, then only run during the loading of the main TB file, add the following or something similar at the beginning of your event scripts. This assumes that strFile is in the list of parameters to the subroutine:

  I am facing a problem with a script of the 'aftvalidate' event that retrieves the data from the Tsegdata table. The script is written to a file as expected. But I want to put a condition above. I want to run the Script event only if the Validation is successful (that is to say the fish is Orange). I thought that we can use the lngProcState as "11" for success. He is yet to come as "11" even after that validation failed (IE fish is grey) and therefore running the script of the event. Is there another function that I can make use of, if this isn't the right way to test whether validation succeeded. ?

  Another thing - we have all the features that I use in the script to delete the imported data? I want to use it in the aftvalidate script once the validation is successful and generates the data file.

  If you want users to export data, but not load, you can try to set option adapter "Allows to load" false.

  With this configuration, users will be able to click on Export but they won't get a LOADING popup.

• How to get to 'leave the event' script to run again when the form with the data file is reopened?

  I've created an Adobe Dynamic XML using LiveCycle Designer form with many fields / subforms that are 'visible' or the 'hidden' according to the selected options of different menu drop-down lists. Also, the form has been activated to save. Users can successfully fill out the form and save a copy with the data that has been entered.

  The problem I have is that when the recorded file is opened again in the 'hidden' fields / subforms that were previously made visible by selecting the appropriate options in the drop-down list NOT displayed now. However if you make the same selections from each of the drop-down list shows still hidden ONCE the fields / subforms are displayed, and do not contain data that has been entered.

  The problem seems to be that the script that determines whether a field / subform is 'hidden' or 'visible' is a

  that is followed by

  If (this.rawValue is '0')- (i.e. the value of the drop-down list)

• FDMEE Jython Script help

  My load the import data were thrown a curve ball. I used to have a 1 or 2 digits in the card. If it's a digit, I simply added a zero at the beginning (i.e. FillL convert 1 01). But now I have a leader 4 digits and a hyphen. So instead of '1', I have 2500-1, instead of "12", I now 2500-12. I need to remove what is to the right of the dash and then add a zero not significant if it is not already 2 digits. Does anyone know the script that would achieve this?

  You can create this jython script and assign import format:

  This function divides your strField using "-" as the delimiter, then him concatenate '0' with the second element ([1] in the table starts in position 0) and finally to take the last two characters [-2:]

  If you have 1 number after the hyphen you will get 0 x. On the other hand, if you have already a 2-digit, you will get xx

  In my reuirement, I must run Essbase calc script to export the perticular accounts data and then import these data into FDMEE to load in another planning application.

  I know we can run the Application Esbase calc script fromTarget page and after load. but in my case, executing the script should happen prior to importation.

  Aanybody may suggest an example if I can call the script to calc Essbase to a custom event BefImport script or FDMEE script? an example of the syntax would be useful

  You have an example document to support FDMEE sample scripts (Doc ID 1613836.1)

  You can have a MAXL command in your batch file to perform the extract

  Example 5

  An example script to calc to perform an Essbase excerpt and then load the file extracted with FDMEE.

  1. Create a batch (.bat) file that performs extract Essbase.
  2. Call the scriptimport BefImport event operating system batch file
     import of subprocesses
     Import shutil
     OS.chdir ("D:\temp\\BatchFiles")
     command = ' D:\temp\BatchFiles\helloworld.bat > helloworld.out '

  3. Load using FDMEE HelloWorld.out

  The Jython script can be created in the BefImport Script.

  Then you can have a rule of data loading with a file in it name (Ex: Essbase_Extract_XXXX) where XXXX is that five-year period.

  Your jython script should create this file, so in the case of import, the data is imported

  Keep in mind that it is an output of feature 11.1.2.4 box so if you are in 11.1.2.3.x I wouldn't put a lot of effort in a complex solution

  I tried to write a script to set e-mail notifications when the FDMEE process fails on step validate. I tried to recreate my script as much as possible, but I am unable to know is wrong with the script.
