  The zip file contains 2 .exe files, it is easier to install one that goes into your windows directory.

  Then make 2 simple batch files, using the following scripts:

  off @echo.

  Nircmd.exe monitor off

  and to turn on:

  off @echo.

  Nircmd.exe monitor off

  Then use the windows scheduler to automate 2 batch files and make sure that your power options in windows are set to never turn off your computer or a screen.

  I recently acquired a second display for my MacBook Pro, so when I have both connected displays and open Photoshop (on each screen) putting road window opens off the screen so I can't close it (see screenshot below). How can I fix it?

  When you switch from Windows to the other display screens in Photoshop Photoshop close to this State Photoshop remembers where you position palette, picture windows and dialogue.  If you restart Photoshop and the other views are not available. Photoshop can open windows off the screen or partially off the screen.  At least seem be the way to a working windows.  Windows operating system provides means for moving and sizing of these windows.  Mac may also have options.

  Windows 7 Professional - to date from Windows update.

  I just create a backup system on a USB hard drive external image. Looking at the USB directory for the backup watch directory that it - there is a folder with the name of the current computer.

  If I then try to restore the backup on the same disk, from the control panel GUI or from a Windows recovery disk recent backup does not appear in the list of available to restore images.  Other backups of different machines that have been recorded on this disk image appear in the list!

  Problem solved.

  The external USB hard drive had a backup failed on it.  If you have made a list of directories to BACK of all the backup files to image the external hard drive, you'll see all the backups but system restore image didn't show those until the backup has failed/corrupt.

  Remove the backup directory tree failed then permit restoration System Image list all available external hard disk backups.

• Win Update in the add a printer window is unable to retrieve the list.

  Have you tried a different VGA cable. Maybe it's a coincidence, but the cable itself could have hurt at the time of the update.

  Hello. My Alienware x 51 R2 is having a problem starting. A few days ago, I was using the computer when suddenly, the screen went red and audio started stuttering. This continued for a few seconds before it shuts down completely. Now, when you press the power button, fans and lights come on for a split second, the system beeps once, then turns off completely and then repeats this process until it is unplugged. I tried unplugging all devices, unplug the power cable and plug it into a different plug and open the computer to check if fans are blocked. I have upgraded to Windows 10 Monday and it started to happen Wednesday. Can anyone tell if this is a fixable problem or a faulty piece of equipment that needs to be replaced? Thanks in advance.
