  There should be no problem with dividing the output voltage of your meter.  Your photo has been cut off slightly in head - are survey you the voltage falls through R7 where you see 4, 9-5 V?  That means the voltage on the rest of the circuit looks like?  The output of the counter provide more than 5 V output to the Earth, so if A7 is down more than that, then your voltage on R1 and R2 should be almost 0.

  What is the impedance of your reach?  This can have an effect on your measure, but not as you describe.

  I'm specific apple on the Mac, everything else on the PC.

  My Adobe software is all on the PC. I like to use the PC - screen larger than the Macbook.

  Problem is that Adobe is actually forcing myself to use the MacBook.

  Now I can use Flash to build cross-platform of my PC stuff, but I need to create all the certificates and the profiles on the PC.

  If I want to make the development of IOS on Mac I have to generate profiles and new certificates.

  So spend using the flash/Flash Builder on a PC and native development on MAc means continually regenerate certificates.

  The only solution seems to be to spend my entire suite for Mac Adobe.

  If I had a computer desktop and laptop PC, I could install on both, but not a PC and a MacBook.

  I have always used a .p12 generated on my imac on the PC. I downloaded openSSL and made my own .p12 on the PC as well (what a pain) but I see no reason to go there when the keychain it will create for you in 2 seconds. Application of cert, send to ios available portal, receive *.cer, installed in Keychain Access, export .p12, copy on PC. No problem at all.
