Feed a F5/F55 Monitor

Hey all,.

This should be simple, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

What is the best option to feed an external monitor (SDI OLED SmallHD AC-7) of the battery Sony Olivine F5? There are two exits Hirose 4 pin to the back of the camera, but also an XLR.

The monitor has a hirose 4-pin, and I can't seem to find the right cable 4-pin to 4-pin. Everything I find is D - tap or XLR to Hirose.

Any suggestions?

4 pin to 4 pin, this is what you need. Visit the Hawkwoods or call Abel.

If you want to distro, learn a solid camera Scatterbox. Then you can feed it with a D - Tap, 2 pin lemo or a lemo 3 pins.

    Hello

If you can not enter the bios with the HDD installed then the hard drive is faulty.

Even if the disk hard is not initialized or not formatted with no boot record, modified records boot etc... You should always be able to enter the bios.

Caused by a virus? Not this type of error that the issue is before the hard drive is requested at startup.

  • File copy/delete dialog box is off the screen in a staggered multiple follow Setup

I'm on Windows 8 on a ThinkPad W520 with a 1920 x 1080 screen and a secondary antibody NEC LCD2070NX 1600 x 1200 display connected via DisplayPort. The NEC is positioned to the left of the ThinkPad and raised higher than the ThinkPad display; the bottom of the NEC is near the center of the left edge of the ThinkPad.
I put to the top of the poster in the Panel to take account of this arrangement:
If I have a window of the Explorer of files open in the secondary monitor on the left and use this window to copy or remove some large files or folders, the progress dialog box is not visible. It is currently displayed in the "man no of land" above the main monitor and the secondary screen.
The problem occurs when the secondary monitor is on the right, or above or below the primary. (I have tested some of these cases, but not completely). Also, this does not happen when the Explorer window is on the primary monitor. The problem does occur at all on Windows 7.
Here's a film that illustrates the problem. For each image, I copied a large directory on the network and took a screenshot to display side by side and move the secondary display up to about 120 pixels in the control panel every time. You can see how the copy dialog box follows the secondary monitor vertically, but her left side is pinned to the left edge of the main screen, so he ends up disappearing from the screen.
It is easy to see what is happening here: Explorer normally centers the dialog box of progression on the same screen as the Explorer window that opened the dialog box. This does not work as expected in the direction, but on the axis X to the left edge of the dialog box's get pinned to the left edge of the main screen.
As the corner at the top left of the primary monitor is always (0,0), it acts as if the dialog box was positioned like this pseudo-code:
    monitor = getWindowMonitor (feed)
    dialog.centerOnMonitor (monitor)
    If dialog.left< 0:="">
    Dialog.Left = 0
When the dialog box is off the screen, it's a bit disturbing, because it makes the impression that the Explorer window is locked. The only way I know to make visible the dialog box is with this exercise of the superpowers of keyboard shortcut:
    1. use Alt + space to open the system menu of the dialog box. The menu will open on the screen no matter where is the dialog box.
    2. Press m to move (or click on move).
    3. you will see a four-headed mouse cursor, just to fool you into thinking the mouse could do something now. It will not!
4 instead of this, you have to hit any key of the arrow, which begins the displacement of the dialog box.
    5. now you can use the mouse (or the puree on the arrow keys) to move the dialog on the screen.

    A bit of good news...

I just tested this on the latest version of Windows preview 10 technical, and it seems to be fixed.

  • Monitor / Desktop random feeds problem - OS Possible problem

    Hello world

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

I replaced my old HP Pavilion Desktop in 5 years with a new desktop computer HP Pavilion (HPE-180 t).  I have always used the new computer since June 14, installation of software, scanner, and printer etc... I have a problem that has cropped up twice in the last week.  I will not detail the problem and troubleshooting below.  Please take a look at my questions at the bottom of this announcement to provide any help you can.  I appreciate all the advice!

    THE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:

    1-HPE-180 t, Windows 7 Pro (64 bit), Intel Core i7 - 930 quad-core CPU @ 2.80 GHz, 8 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GT 220

-NOTE: It was a CTO system.  When it was ordered, it came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.  When I got the computer, I did a clean install of Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

-NOTE: When the computer was ordered, I bought the 1 TB RAID 0 hard drive option (2 x 500 GB SATA HDDs).  When I got the computer, I disabled RAID 0 and set up two 500 GB drives hard drives no RAID independent.

    2 disk Management shows:

-Disk 0, Basic, 465,76 Go, online

    a. reserved system, 100 MB NTFS healthy (System, Active, primary Partition)

    (b) (C, 244,04 GB NTFS, healthy (startup, files, crash dump, primary Partition of the Page))

    c. New Volume (B, 221,62 GB NTFS, healthy (Primary Partition))

    -Disc 1, 465,76 GB, online

    a. New Volume (P, 465,76 GB NTFS, healthy (Primary Partition))

    PROBLEM:

    1. on 7/27, I left the House at about 19:00 with computer.  I went at about 22:00.  The monitor was in STBY (power led is orange) but the tower was still active (blue power LED) and he was blasting.  The tower should have been in STBY mode as I have the computer configured for the management of the "Balanced" diet, where the monitor turns off after 10 minutes and the computer goes into sleep mode after 30 minutes.  I tried to wake up the monitor by moving the mouse and then pressing the keys on the keyboard, but no response.  I finally had to hold down the power button on the computer to turn off, waited a few minutes, then return to work the computer.  No error was reported.

    2. the same problem occurred 8/4 (yesterday) at 17:30.

    TROUBLESHOOTING WITH CV:

I called HP after both and here's troubleshooting that occurred with each instance:

    1. to 7/27:

-Technical support took control of the computer

-Looked under the (Local) computer management / system/view tools but found nothing of value

-Done a disk cleanup on drive C:

    ((- Remove temporary files in the following folders: a) start/run/enter/%temp%, b) start/run/enter/prefetch

-Do you have a Check Disk via start/cmd/select/r-click/Run as admin/chkdsk

-Checked Device Manager and not found any problem

(((- Analysis of HP Tech: a) the computer woke up to the top for any reason, but the monitor was still asleep, no communication between the monitor and the computer, if happen, and then restart the computer and call HP, b) all software and hardware checked with no problems found, c) do a "Disk Cleanup" and remove temporary files once a week and do a defrag once a month.

    2. for 8/4:

-The first thing that the HP support said was that it might be a static electricity problem.  He didn't check the hardware.  I will note that when I went home to be there for the morning and afternoon, two of our ceiling fans running at high speed with the fan lights.  This usually means that there is some sort of disruption of supply.

--Mettre put off the computer, disconnect all devices from the front and the back of the computer, hold the power button / stop for 20 seconds, then reinsert entered computer for food and the mouse and the keyboard, and then do a system restore from 8/2 @ 17:45.

-Restart the computer, press F9 continuously to implement Diagnostics which tested the CPU, the memory, two 500 GB hard drives and two readers of DVD and the Path... start all past.

-Shut down the computer for 2 minutes.

-Turn on the computer and press F10 continuously, not a Smart short self-test on disc 1 (which I think is drive 0 because the other disc was called disc 2), then made a Smart extended self-test on disc 1 (who took almost 90 minutes)... all two passes.

-HP Tech analysis: there is no problem with the computer hardware.  Tech believes strongly that I encounter this problem random comm because I installed Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) on this computer that was initially loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).  He also suggested that I have create via the tool HP recovery disks and perform a destructive recovery on the computer to return it to its original state and then reload all necessary software and hardware.

    QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE:

    1. do you think that this could be a simple matter of a disruption of energy in the home, causing this problem of communication between the monitor and the computer?  If so, would simply need to buy a surge protector better?

2 do you think I have my install of Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) on this computer that was initially loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium could be the cause of this problem?

    3. any ideas how to do to troubleshoot/correct this problem?

    Thank you very much

  • Monitor LG 34 "4K

I just got a monitor LG 34 "which is advertised as being able to display full res QFHD on HDMI. I have a F55 with 4.1 and can't get any signal at all at any frequency of system through the HDMI input on the monitor. I use a cable supplied with the monitor, but it is probably capable of transporting 4K. I've never used the HDMI output on the front camera, just SDI and turned "HDMI output" in the menu "output" and still don't see any signal. " In addition, any resolution 4K over HDMI is greyed out leaving only 1920 x 1080.

I'm new to both an HDMI output and the monitor and would appreciate any help.

Moreover, Sony Raw Viewer, the image is fabulous - it doesn't move very fast.

    I tried both frequencies.

At 23.98 the camera outputs HDMI very well to an Odyssey and to another monitor of comouter - just not the LG. It's using the same cable. A value psf 23.98 FS700 works very well with the LG. Just not the F55. I was hoping to see QFHD on the LG (amazing picture) but I can't seem to get anything at all to all res, in camera mode or playback of the F55, HDMI to any setting. Any ideas? If this problem is solved, it would be a great option for a 4K screen, $1,000. It's really nice - another that doesn't work not with the one feature I wanted more. The monitor is currently in my suite of editing and a large monitor Center of Avid editing and is ideal for the ranking of the Baselight. Help please - some of you talented guys!

  • HP Pavilion p6 2400 - 3rd monitor does not

    Hello

Buy HP Pavilion p6 2400, core i5, GEFORCE graphics card. Windows 8.

Bought 2 DVI adapters for 2 screens and 3rd screen using HDMI.

HDMI and another screen works very well, but a black screen with ´no video feed´ happens. Also, windows does not recognize the third monitor.

The guy in the computer store told me that was all that I needed...

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you very much!

Here are the specifications of your desktop HP Pavilion p6-2400es. According to the specification, this model comes with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 graphics card and a 300 Watt power supply installed in the factory.

    (1) - HDMI (digital only) (2) - DVI - I (digital and analog)

    Maximum resolution:

    DVI (dual-link) resolution: 2560 x 1600 x 32bpp at 60 Hz

    HDMI resolution: 1920 x 1080 (1080 p)

    An analog VGA resolution (with adapter): 2048 x 1536 32bpp to 75 Hz x

    1 GB on-board memory

    Memory size: 64-bit

    Memory type: DDR3

    Blu - ray support

    Supports HDCP

Supports up to two displays at the same time, in the following configurations:

HDMI + DVI, HDMI + VGA

You can run three screens provided you purchase displays a graphics card capable of supporting three or more simultaneous and a diet appropriate for the graphics card.

    or

If you do mostly Office type stuff (spreadsheets, word documents, day trading, light video watch, etc.) on the computer... you can opt to purchase a USB-to-video adapter like the eVGA UV plus + UV39, or one of the many other similar cards on the market. (I have and know that the eVGA UV more + UV39 works as advertised, while many others have not).

    Please send Bravo

  • F55 powered with 12V battery

Going to do a shoot in nature and the need to keep the device running a long period without touching. Is it possible to power the unit with a traction battery 12 V (semi)?

Yes, but it won't be a peak voltage of a DC battery and even if there was a fuse won't do anything to prevent, reduce or eliminate it. Resistance would be used to reduce the voltage or limit the current but is incredibly inefficient and would get very, very hot.

A varistor, fuse, televisions, is not essential. Good practice certainly and it must be the right fuse, I have seen many cars with bundles of wiring damaged because of people overloading the cigarette lighter Sockets. No point in * ing a 15-amp fuse to a cable that can carry 5 amps, because the cable will melt and eventually ignite until the fuse. 3 a fuse would be just for a F5/F55, 5A, if your monitors running and stuff of outputs.

    Hi Martin

First of all it s interesting if you have downloaded and installed all the Toshiba Vista drivers that are published on the European driver Toshiba page?
All drivers must be installed in the correct order!

If I'm not mistaken the Qosmio G30 - 126 belongs to the series of PQG32E. It was delivered with HD DVD player, and therefore, you should choose the drivers for the Qosmio G30 HD DVD (PQG32E)!

Please first check the file txt Instructions of Installation, and then install all the drivers as mentioned in this document.

    With regard to the issue of the display;
You need to install the correct driver NVIDIA of the Toshiba page!

The keys FN and control buttons don t work because the Vista Toshiba value added Package has not been installed. This package contains applications that are needed to get all the features of Toshiba running!

    Good luck

I'm trying to use a Vizitron L - 151 monitor flat screen connected to the VGA port on the back of my Satellite P100 - 434 (PSPADE)

I find that the screens seem to periodically - feeding cycle windows resize themselves and then the screens settle down again. This happens with the laptop and the external monitor.

I've updated the latest available BIOS V4.20 (November 2, 2007) I use 7.15.11.6369 NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 driver version. I'm under the edition of Vista Home Premium to standard build.

I even resorted to the use of the dvd system recovery to rebuild completely the laptop and the problem persists. In Device Manager I have generic Non - PnP monitor and below that I have a generic PnP monitor I tried and it is not possible to get specific drivers for the monitor Vizitron L-151. * NOTE * I saw dxdiag that the external display is identified the Non - PnP device

The display configuration that I'm trying to use is to have my laptop as the main screen with the external display on my left as an extension to the desktop. In display config my computer screen appears as number 2 with the additional display in the poster as a device 1

While typing this my screens have made this three times and the last time, this IE7 window installs itself to the external display in restored down to size.

If anyone has a glimpse of it, I would be very grateful. There are no problems when the external display is deleted.

_I can reproduce this problem on demand_ by uninstalling the monitor Non - PnP Device Manager.

Sorry, mate, but you ad confuses me a little and be hones I m not 100% sure what you take on
You have some problems with the resolution of the external display or what?

I've found another thread on the setting of the external screen as main screen:
    http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/message.jspa?MessageID=96263#96263

    According to this statement:
    > In display config my computer screen appears as number 2 with the additional display in the poster as a device 1
It seems that the external monitor has been on the main screen and display books internal as external.

I recommend you change this settings and to use books appear as 1 and the external display form 2.

Use a while loop with a delay (hold function) as 1s configures a Shift Register (SR) in rt - by clicking on the border of the While loop. A digital constant of the appropriate data type of wire to the left terminal of the use of SR. a function Adder to add instant power for every second & stop the while loop after based on logic after a certain amount of timeout. Wire indicator to the right of the RS Terminal, you'll get the total power obtained over a period of time.

  • Turn off display when you use the external monitor R61?

    Hello

I have a ThinkPad R61, which I use with an external monitor.  Somehow, I had in place for months with the laptop out of the screen and the monitor on.  I've used today at a meeting to feed a projector, selected somehow dieting Fn F7 of presentation such as the screen and the projector are-as I wanted - then home, re-installed with my external monitor and cannot find out how to turn off the display on the laptop.  The selections under Fn F7 do not allow this combination.  I tried the trick you offered, Fn F3 to turn off the display, but it turned out the two views.  (Now, how can I reverse this setting?)

It sounds like a requirement of switching every day, but I can't find a clue in aid of ThinkVantage, manual mini, on the website, etc.  Thank you

    WaynO salvation,

After pressing Fn + F7, click on manage plans... to open the Director presentation window. Then click the new... button. You should be able to put in place a system to only display on the external monitor. After setting up, make sure to check the box in the column Menu Fn + F7 to have your new schema appears in the menu when you press Fn + F7.
